Love Los J’s! The food is always so good! Made to order! Restrooms are always available as long as you purchase something. My only complaint is the owner will Not allow you to purchase a cup of water if you come inside during a late night visit. I mean, I understand why, people are always trying to get one over on the beverage station by ordering a water cup but that completely ruins it for people such as myself who truly and honestly prefer water over soda. Other than that we LOVE going to Jilberto’s for anything on the menu, my particular favorite being their Super Fries! Yum!

Always great food! One of the best parts is that it’s 24 hours. The quality of the food is phenomenal and doesn’t matter the time of day or night. Highly recommend and the prices are definitely good for the amount of food you get. Kept clean and friendly service. Overall 10/10.

I used to like going here but now chance after chance I just keep getting disappointed. The cheese doesn’t even melt. The people taking the order through the window rush you through the process. And if you need to add or change the order they ignore you until your at the window then they act like your an issue. The people inside are not all that friendly and inviting. They hardly provide salsa unless asked for and then its only a few small containers when you order 3 or more meals. I’d like to support them but don’t see spending the money for food that you can tell is slapped together. I am still disgusted by their choice of cheese. The food is hot and the cheese is hard! How! I throw more away then I eat. So honestly save your money or just go when your drunk I guess.

I am a very picky eater so I have to be extra careful when I order. I love the loaded fries with only carne and cheese. My boys love them too, but they get them the way they come. If you love good Mexican food for a great deal, this is the place.

I am always looking to eat local. This place was recommended by my Kia shuttle driver. He orders their Super Fries each time, so I got him an order for driving me around while my car was at Red Rock Kia (also getting a 5⭐️ review).
I ordered the green chili burrito and a Super Nachos. Took them back to my hotel room for dinner. Wow! Both items were a generous portion. I imagine that the Super Fries were the same. Because I took it to go, I had all the Super toppings put into a container separate from the fries/nachos.
Everything was delicious and tasted like it was made in house.
Definitely give their menu a try if you are in the area. *I don’t know about delivery options.

Food is always amazing and service is great i love the super fries. I have a lot of food allergies but they’re pretty good about taking ingredients off when I ask and I eat here all the time. Best restaurant for drunk food after the bar. It gets very hectic and super busy which can be insane and lowers the environment score. If you are okay with occasionally being stuck for an hour in line getting food show up here around 2 am after bars close on weekends. Otherwise it is typically not too busy and always good to get los j’s

Had a great experience here. Got the carne asada fries after reading all of the reviews. She showed me the half portion and it was a massive container. Very massive portion for only like $13. I also got some pico and salsa from their salsa bar and it was all so delicious! They have some tables outside which is great but some were broken down. 10/10 would recommend this place if you’re driving through Grand Junction.

El J’s as its commonly known is a really good restaurant for the price. Open 24/7. The Carne Asada Burrito an Superfries are my go to. It does get BUSY sometimes. Make sure to try the sauces too.

I haven’t been here for YEARS (no reason) and have been getting tacos at ‘other places’ which I won’t name. My husband did the drive thru yesterday and bought 2 tacos. Asked if I wanted one and I said no. I have my places. Well, got home and took a bite of his taco. O M G! This is the BEST taco I have eaten in the 20 years Ive lived here. It was hot, fresh, delicious. I have a new ‘taco’ place now 🙂 Good job!!
That all being said, this facility is not in the best area. There are signs that read ‘no firearms’ and a sign that says ‘if you’re asked to leave, the police will be called’. Inside is ‘ok’ but I’d rather get the food to go.
