Ordered a steak egg and cheese burrito this morning with about 5 other burritos for the family for breakfast. They didn’t give me the steak egg and cheese burrito, instead I got a bacon burrito which was terrible because it was 75% potatoes. My family loves this place. But my 1st experience was less than enjoyable.

Everything I go in food is always great ! Good job cooks! On the other hand costumers survey are not good girls are very disrespectful I get it you wanna be fast on taking orders but when I have to sit in drive thru to ask if everything is on my tacos and they don’t answer I will stay there till I get an answer. Then I ask for more salsa Verde and you guys don’t charge and you give me 2 more I had 3 tacos and a big burrito 2 salsas is just for one taco you give me 4 what am I supposed to do with that? If you guys can make your girls be more friendly that would help out alot! Very disappointing I love Los Js but if I get people like everything makes me not wanna go and people don’t like that

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, EVER! Terrible service, soggy food, and it was unsatisfactory to say the least.. Went threw the drive thru and ordered $50 in food. I specifically ordered food without items due to allergies, and I reiterated that upon ordering. When I got home, a, my order was wrong and b, the items reiterated due to allergies were completely wrong as well. When I called to have the issue corrected, the male employee on the phone pretty much blew me off. He was very rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful!!! He began demanding that I drive 25min back across town “now” to bring him the food and the receipt back. I asked if there was any way to maybe come back another time and he demanded I come now or give him a specific time. When I said I wasn’t sure when I could make it back, he proceeded to chastize me about it. Then he told me “too bad” when I asked for a correction or replacement for “their error”. Glad I checked my food or I could’ve ended up in the hospital. If I could rate this place at a negative, I would.

I had the carne asada burrito. What a great deal wrt quality & quantity for the money. This looks like the kind of place that might not be much better than Taco Bell, but it’s is legit Mexican food with a pretty large menu of items for a counter service type place. They are open 24/7.
