We got 4 cheeseburgers , TWO OF THEM HAD NO PATTIES how do you not notice that?? we’ve tried calling multiple times with no answer , they are more concerned hanging out in the store then getting orders right the manager on duty included . Save your time and money and go to Los Lunas or the one on isleta.

We were on a road trip and needed quick bfast… I selected this place to make a point to my kids that you can’t always trust reviews, so let’s try this place and see what’s going on. Our food was hot, fast… place was clean… employees were very friendly. I’m glad we went. I’m a former small business owner and I’ve been burned by reviews from one unfortunate hire, which is where this came from. Thank you!

I could’ve used the McNuggets to chalk my tires and do an air breaks test they were so hard.
The exact opposite of fresh and the fries were a 5 out of 10 compared to how they usually taste.
Do yourself a favor and get something out of the pilot it’s connected to.

I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s in Albuquerque. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I visit. They are always nice to me, and it really makes a difference to be treated with kindness and respect. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean, and the team truly goes out of their way to make customers feel valued. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to!

Went un to order the fish combo- they range up a #7. I said no the number 6 please. Then made the drink a caramel frappe. Then ordered a hot akd spicy and another frappe. She read the order back to me and the 7 was still on there. I said no- no number 7…. she said ok I take it off….she tells me it’s 34$!! I’m like for what??? Then she tells me 24 amd some change. I swipe my card. She hands me my receipt— wow!!! Number 7 is still on there!! And 3 frappes instead of 2….. AND 34$$. The ladyspoke no English-problem #1 to start off with.

Would give zero stars if I could. I did a mobile order and when I checked it it was wrong. I got back in line at the drive thru and when I was back at the cashier the employee was extremely rude when I tried to show him the order. I had to tell him to let me talk to the manager after I was getting nowhere with him. FYI giving a generic message and link to a website to leave a review is pointless and shows how little you care.

That was a nasty burger I waited 15 mins for. Buns were squishy, patty over cooked and the fries taste like card board.
You’ll get faster service if you drive through and don’t use the walk up counter.
Didn’t get what I ordered, by the time I looked in the bag we were on the road.
Keep going to the next exit.

Food usually comes out good and on time. But it’s bizarre that they’re always blasting christian music in there. I have to go in because my truck will fit through the Drive through. Maybe pick a station, that’s a little bit more secular?

Placed order 10:46:36pm on 9/25/2025 through mobile app. Went in to pickup order before 10:50 and the two staff members working told me they are closed. They refused to fulfill the order. When I asked them if they closed early they said yes, and when I asked them if they are supposed to do that they both just gave me a blank stare. Showed them my order where I was charged to my credit card through the app and I had a confirmation number and they still wouldn’t fulfill the order. Will be filing chargeback on my credit card if the charge still shows up.
