Every single time, it doesn’t matter. Every time I visit this McDonald’s I am pulled forward! Again and again! Really aggravating! Wish I could give a 0 star review.
And just got the food and pulled away. Was not given the smoothie on my order, and cheeseburger that is only supposed to have only onions has ketchup! I guess it’s a real good thing it wasn’t an allergy! ♀️
It is really getting old being pulled forward in the drive thru to attempt to make their times look amazing…. Sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes for 2 kids meals is honestly ridiculous! I do hope their supervisor knows of this practice…. Never pulled over in any if the McDonalds in Albuquerque this way! Again, our order was 2 happy meals!

Food was mediocre as always can’t expect much from fast food simple request of making a burger plane didn’t happen and the chicken strips had hard crunchy pieces in it didn’t get my drink cup and I asked for it Lady never brought it so I just went over and got it myself thankfully the guy at the front was better at his job. It was during the lunch rush, and unfortunately, a restaurant should be judged by how they operate when it’s busy not how they operate when it’s slow. Bathroom was disgusting. Super quick very organized, but still Mickie Ds food of course. Convenient stop off the freeway. Wish they served breakfast until 11. I come here when in a hurry even though I prefer Blake’s or dairy queen because I know ill be on my way fast even if the lines are long.

Me and my boss are vendors for ABQ Comic con. We got our booth taken down at 10, and we left and couldn’t get any food around. We came to edge wood and were hauling a truck and trailer, and the sweet workers allowed us to walk up to the window to grab the food since our truck didn’t quite fit. We called to see if it was okay at first, and I’m glad we did. So sorry for bugging those girls at 10:55, but they were amazing for letting us get our food and for throwing in a free pie. The sweetest women ever❤️

Ill be honest, pulling up 30 minutes before close I wasn’t expecting much. The fries-outstanding. Fresh and crisp. The double quarter pounder was the best I’ve ever had. The nugs were good enough but nothing to write home about. Would definitely stop there again

Employees were mostly friendly. One diligently working and so far the one doing the most in terms of bringing orders to everyone.
However, our order was incorrect, tables were messy, bathrooms were unpleasant, trash overflowing, kiosk is down and not working, and the manager went out on break with about 5 other employees on their breaks.
UPDATE: Most of the order was not given even though it wasn’t busy. Took 3 tries to get anyone’s attention. Still messy in the interior. No improvement thus far for this location.

It was slow which is the perfect time to clean up and then take a break. Even if they got passed a large rush, things need to be tended to. And if each of those 5 employees took 1 table and trash to clean up it would have made a difference.

Here lately they have been messing up our order. My daughter is a diabetic, she orders a unsweet tea.They give her sweet tea everytime. I’m glad she checks with her sugar tester before she drinks it. It would have put her in a diabetic coma with how sweet their teas are. I know everyone makes mistakes, just be extra careful.

We stopped to grab a quick breakfast on our long drive. The bathrooms were run down and dirty, particularly the men’s sink. The cashier was ok. We checked to make sure we had the right items before heading out. We thought it was good until we opened our bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. They didn’t put the egg or cheese on! Only a little, sad piece of bacon on a dry biscuit. Very disappointing!!!
