This location was probably one of the worst experiences with McDonald’s workers. It was only me in the drive thru. The lady taking my order had a hard time hearing me and I had to repeat myself 2 times after ordering. Which is fine but probably frustrating to them. I get to the window and by mistake I handed her an outdated card and she was clearly very unhappy. I apologized and she ignored me. Did not say anything more than what she had to say to do her job. I thanked her and also was ignored. Went to pick up my order from the second window and much nicer person but my fries are crunchy and cold. They were placed in the bag upside down and so were the box of chicken nuggets so nearly all of my food was essentially dumped into the bag. Dr. Pepper was off and also disappointing.

3rd UPDATE:
Well, I think I give up on this location. My first review wasn’t great because they weren’t filling drinks to where they were supposed to. They redeemed themselves in the second part of my review and today everything that could go wrong did go wrong…
I went around a van that was just sitting and didn’t seem to be waiting to get into the drive-through. Well, apparently, I cut that person off, and they weren’t thrilled with me and were tailgating. I felt bad because it wasn’t my intention so when I got to the window after placing my order, I asked if I could pay for the car behind me. So first I had to pay for my order which I did with five dollars cash I ordered two Mc doubles. I paid separately for the other person‘s order. I was hoping they would have my sandwiches ready so I could just grab them and go and not have any interaction with the car behind me. Well, wouldn’t you know it? They had no record of my order so they were going to have to redo it and me and told me to go park and wait. I was totally thrilled when they brought my order out quickly so I tossed it in the passenger seat and drove home to eat my lunch. Well, the person that I tried to bless today probably ended up with my Mc doubles and I got both of his quarter pounders with cheese and large fry! I didn’t get what I ordered and neither did he. How hard is it to get this right with as much as they’re paying workers these days the lack of quality quality assurance is disturbing. I have the receipt to show what they gave me and I’m sure the guy I cut off is now doubly pissed because he got way smaller burgers. Not returning to this location.
* UPDATE* I decided to go back to this location several days after I left my first review. I will say this location redeemed itself. There is a different crew working that day. I ordered the same thing I ordered in my initial review. They have redeemed themselves. My drink was filled to the top with fresh looking ice. Fries were hot and texture expected. The only negative thing I can say about this last visit is that they put my fries in the bag upside down so they all fell out and were at the bottom.
I’ve been going to this location for many years. I’ve never had any issues with service until yesterday. I drove through and ordered a meal to share with my husband. When I got to the first window to pay, I used my debit card. The young woman at the window looked less than thrilled to be there, and stared at me after she handed my card back. I had to remind her to give me my receipt. When I got up to the next window to get my food, a young woman handed me my drink which looked like someone had taken a few sips out of it. Has McDonald’s started to set their machines to fill their soda cups 3/4 full? Even the ice looked melted like it had been sitting for a while. The food was average. The fries were not piping hot and cooked to perfection. Average meal for an inflated price. I guess this is a good reminder of why it’s better to make a burger at home and fill your own drink cups. Disappointing and Customer Service was definitely lacking!

This place is a joke in the morning, I order oatmeal with extra cream and got soup. Was also looking forward to having it with apple bits. Didn’t even get those as well. The person that took my order . Sounded like he didn’t want to even work. Which I get. But I ask for specific things and didn’t get any of my requests . Like the drink with no ice. He seemed like that if I would ask him to fix it. He would mess with my items

Home this time the food came out hot prompt with the table service. We did have to get our own drink though. The only thing was it the make crispy chicken sandwich. Looks like it was over done but it wasn’t it. Just the fry oil needs to be changed. Other than that, a lot better experience than the last time. I give it four stars.

Honestly we always have problems here tonight was the last straw am not going here again.i ordered a quarter pounder bundle. For one the fries were not done didn’t even realize until i fed them to my 3 year old son, second off mine and my fiancé burgers were not done they were bright pink like they were even cooked! It’s like the workers aren’t even paying attention they’re just rushing to get the food out.

Blows my mind of all the bad reviews of this place. Been here alot after moving close by a few months ago. Never had a bad order or crappy service. Its actually one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been Tucson.. 11 out of 10 for me.

The fries were on top of the bag and they were cold when they handed it to me but I could tell the manager was stressed out. Answering phones, doing refund after refund and trying to help his crew who were very clearly goofing off. I could hear them complain about how much food I ordered which is funny cause they made nothing fresh.
I didnt say anything when I was there because I just wanted to get out of there and figured some cold fries was not a big deal.
Well when I got home the burgers were completely unacceptable. They were flattened and a mess. Everyone was hungry and just are (except the $20 worth of fries because they were too soggy)
I took mine back and when I got to the counter I literally got no acknowledgement even after saying excuse me twice. The employees were exchanging laughs as they watches their phones. It was the manager who noticed me from way in the back and came running. He remade my meal and apologized. The manager was not wearing a name tag but he was a nice young man with blonde hair and glasses. He was the only one working. Even as I walked out I could hear the others laughing loudly. I understand they were probably high-school age but the lack of professionalism at their place of employment was disrespectful and I feel bad for that manager. I spent $55 and had to make 2 trips on a night that I needed something quick and easy to feed hungry kids after a long day. I will no go back to that location. I appreciate the manager remaking my meal.

I ordered a special hot coffee didn’t come with anything but vary small amount of sugur/creamer. I should have known when the lady looked at me funny when she gave it to me. Order 635 little after 8:28am. McDonald’s is not cheap and I paid an extra $2+ for the coffee. It’s not just the money but the principal. We have jobs and work for our money to..just because you have your own problems with yourself or others you don’t like for specific reasons maybe do that on your own time or.. here’s a better idea just stop and be better..I can make my assumptions of why . but not here. I’m saving it . I’m tired of this. I never say or do anything about this but I’m done.. had enough.

food is fine, atmosphere is fine aswell. The service sucks at this location though, I get my food from the front and they take forever, I waited 15 minutes earlier for a sprite and a fries honestly it wasn’t worth it tbh since of how slow the service was. I saw them opening a bag of fries before I left. Which was the breaking point. I’m not going to waste my time at this McDonald’s and you shouldn’t either 😐
