I don’t like to order food off the big tablets and a very nice girl came over and ordered everything I wanted. She was very pleasant and friendly. She got my order herself that was ready in just a few minutes. Everything was hot and cooked well. This is the second time I’ve visited this location and it won’t be the last as I’ll continue to stop there when I travel that way.

No one at the cash. Another customer had to keep ringing the bell for attention. About 5 min later an employee showed up to serve her. I waited for my order of 2 coffees for over 10 minutes. Employees were chatting, laughing not paying attention to preparing orders. My coffees were cold. Asked for a replacement and they were replaced with cold coffees again. I left without getting what I paid for. Horrible experience.

Traveling from Phx to El Paso, this McDonald’s was our option to stop at 10:50am for an early lunch with hungry kids. Staff was STILL putting out orders from breakfast and had everyone else who had already ordered from the regular menu waiting for 20min. When we walked in, there were at least 5 families waiting for their food and all looked very frustrated so we continued our drive to lordsburg nm and ❤️ well, this location never fails us. A customer stood up and KINDLY told the lady who is leading at the monitors that she had been waiting for over 20 min and she told her, “well maybe you shouldn’t have ordered so much food”
Its the holiday season: staff up, follow the times: to stop serving breakfast when you are suppose to, and find nicer, more responsible leads or managers… ♀️

I’m not sure what’s been happening, but in the last few weeks, either my husband or I have had poor experiences when ordering from here. I get it — everyone has off days. I’ve worked in fast food and understand the process. Our experience has included them forgetting or giving us the wrong item, handing our order to someone else, or completely getting it wrong. When I returned to get the correct order, the staff were rude and condescending about my asking for it. I truly don’t understand what the issue is. If it’s due to being understaffed, having bad days, training, team management, or management itself, then something needs to be addressed.

My husband ordered a sausage McMuffin and wanted them to add Canadian bacon. I got a regular McMuffin and we ordered 1 extra hash brown. We also ordered 2 orange juices to our meal. First of all, there was no sausage on the sausage McMuffin at all. I went back in and a bunch of girls in there were just all talking. I said, “Excuse me!” The manager came up and I told her there was no sausage on the sandwich and brought it to the cook. She came back with the cold sandwich after she just added a piece of sausage to it. I asked her if it was a new sandwich, and she said she just added sausage. Plus it was over 27 bucks for all of that! Horrible service!

We travel past this McDonald’s frequently and used to always stop. However, that has changed. It gets worse each visit. The Egg Muffins always have egg shells and the muffins are as hard as a rock. I never comment, but this has gotten old! They are swimming in butter? Is that to try to soften them up? If so, it doesn’t work. We had to take the eggs off this time so we didn’t break a tooth on the rock hard English muffins.

Ordered a sandwich and fries. When I asked for ketchup, the girl responded “oh I’m all out of ketchup!” Proceeded to show me empty ketchup container. So the restaurant was completely out of ketchup or was she just lazy to refill container with ketchup packets?!?!?!
Poor customer service and food was cold!! Where is the dignity and pride of doing your job correctly?!?!

Food was disgusting.I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it seem like I got at mustard sandwich from all the mustards they put on it… Its like no one is following the proper ingredients to place on the burger frys were half cooked… whole place needs new management ASAP…. This was 5pm so I believe it was second shift smfh 16.65 for some garbage… that’s exactly why they only have a 3 star rating. I should have checked that out first.

This place is way over priced for a ff restaurant and poorly managed. If it wasn’t for the location it would be closed. If you do a McDonald’s survey you get a number that turns your receipt into a coupon. I’ve done a few. If I have had great or horrible service especially. I had 1 for a Big Mac, they refused to take it.
I bought a small fries so I would have a receipt from here . I’ll do the survey that way i hope corporate has more of a chance to see it. They lost me and my guest’s today and in the future.
I see management answer. What can’t they figure out from my review? They would accept a corporate coupon??
