If I could give this McDonalds a zero stars, i would. Over these past few years, this McDonalds has drastically gone down in their service. Waiting 45 minutes for one singular $5 meal is absolutely insane, and on top of that, the little amount of fries that was given to me is ridiculous. Maybe if they didn’t put every car in the drive thru to wait on the side, this wouldn’t happen. Lazy workers and lazy, horrible management. Do better.

I just visited this McDonald’s in the morning. And the workers are great, but they forgot to include one order of McCrispy Strips. I visited again in the evening to buy a McCafe and a pack of three cookies. They only put in one cookie, and I overheard that they did this because there were no freshly baked cookies, so the worker’s easy way out was to give one cookie instead of three.
Disappointed with the service.

This has to be a joke. Ordered 4 meals “large” and this is what I got. After they told us to park and wait for our food (10 minutes) this is what we get? Service at this location year after year has been in decline. And guess what? I live across the border (Nogales Mexico) so there’s nothing I can do now. Thanks McDonalds for this not recommended service. Keep it up.

My daughter waited 45 minutes to get her drive thru meal! Ordered at 10:13AM received the meal at 10:58AM!! One oatmeal, one breakfast meal and one iced mocha! They came to her car twice to ask what her order was! Called management number on receipt and the extension is invalid! Called local management and she did offer free food totaling the amount my daughter spent. This is still completely unacceptable from a FAST FOOD restaurant!!

I have never had a smooth transaction here at this location. Waited 30 minutes at mobile order pickup 1. I watched what I thought was my order go from car to car to car then the runner took it back inside. I waited a bit longer and walked in. Sure enough that was my order. Since she could not find where mobile order 1 was and i was parked in she took it back in and let it get cold on the counter. When I went in they tried to give me the order. Really?? Anyway got a refund wasted 35 minutes and wont return.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!’ Order a fish at 10:35 PM and it took them 25 minutes to tell me they didn’t have one. I will call the manager tomorrow. However I did notice they were smoking weed around the store and perhaps inside too.

Very bad everything i was waiting 20+min for 2 happy meals I didn’t even have any cars in front of me and the cars that were in back of me they also made them pull forward and they got their food before me i dont get it someone need to talk to the manager or whoever is higher then the manager this always happens
