Large fry, my butt! This is the second time this has happened to me. Fill the damn container since I’m paying over $5 for some fries. This is ridiculous. And McDonald’s answer to this is to send me free food and make me go back there so they can rip me off again! Sick and tired of McDonald’s and they’re nonsense! And I also watched 3 cars pull up and all of them were parked to wait for their food while there were no other cars in line! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Never again! And McDonald’s, don’t reach out or anything because I’m over it. I would rather go to Burger King and get diarrhea than go back to another McDonald’s ever again! Sick and tired of being screwed over by McDonald’s. The lady at the drive thru window handed my my drinks and didn’t even look at me. As if I was bothering her. And then to not fill my fries is the last straw. The amount food costs these days, I better get what I paid for and I clearly did not tonight!! And they’re old and cold! This is literally the last time I will EVER eat McDonald’s again. I can honestly live without it

The staff are very nice and personable here at this location. The food was fresh, dinner was clean as could be and the design of this new one is awesome. Great atmosphere, great food and great people. I also love that they do not have locked bathrooms like we are all weirdos lol.

Appears I had the same issue as the majority of the others in here. Pull into the drive thru, only the two cars in front of me and lot relatively empty. Morning time, not busy by any stretch. The two cars in front of me had their orders taken and I sat there for a few minutes before leaving. I’ve had a few service issues inside this location as well, and it’s always just extremely slow or non existent service. Once more than one person shows up it’s like they breakdown and can’t get anything done.

I thought it was pretty funny at first when I bit into my cheese burger and realized there was no meat patty on my burger, only to find out that both of my burgers did not have a burger patty. When I called the phone number listed on maps, a very nice girl named Caitlyn answered and laughed with me and said to go ahead and come back in and she’ll make it right. Well due to the economy nowadays the time didn’t come until a month later when I stopped in for a quick dinner. Upon arrival I ordered my husband’s food on the app and told the driver thru lady my code, I then advised her of the situation and said that Caitlyn knows me and I gave her my name all really in a nice manner because I understand mistakes happen. Apparently the drive thru lady missed the customer service lesson during her training because her response was “ya I don’t have a Caitlyn here” my response being okay well someone’s gotta be able to help me. Miss nasty Nelly said “uhhuh pull up to the first window. Great so I wait my turn in the drive thru and quickly explain to the apparent “manager” on duty ( the old lady must’ve skipped a lifelong of customer service experience because she was just as terrible) never have I had a mistake with my food become such an inconvenience. I was told that I needed to have a receipt because my meal was over 5 dollars, crazy how every meal from McDonald would be over $5 dollars and this was over a month ago. I explained to the lady who couldn’t care less that I have a picture, I have the phone call from the day of the missing patty & I can provide my bank statement. She proceeds to tell me the number I called is wrong. Thanks google. The Paul blart of managers proceeds to argue with me in the drive thru and absolutely not help me get the food that I’m literally owed? Fast forward to me getting frustrated at the fact that she is telling me no that her “corporate office” would question why she gave me a 12 dollar meal for free which is absolute BS considering McDonald’s is one of the largest fast food companies. Anyway, she proceeds to send me to window 2 to discuss with the floor manager. So I do and the lady hands me my food I ordered on the app and I ask the lady if she’s who I need to speak with and she just looks at me like I’m an idiot. I proceed to ask for the manager because what even is customer service I guess So the floor manager comes to the window and I explain again, I show my picture and the call I placed and she looks at me with the same incompetent look and giggles “ya I have no Caitlyn here” okay thanks so am I going to get my burgers with actual meat on them or ? The floor manager proceeds to say “yeah I’ll get you burgers, pull up to the last window” awesome so I pull up again and wait another 15 minutes in the drive thru. Only for another nice lady to ask me what I’m waiting for. Great I inform this new lady what I’m waiting for. The floor manager finally comes up and basically throws the bag at me and says “so sorry” and shuts the window before I could say have a nice night. Lets just say I won’t be returning to this location and let’s all be thankful people who work at this McDonald’s don’t have an actual job in the world that takes a few more brain cells.

I stop at this McDonald’s every day after dropping my daughter at school and normally pay in exact cash for the same meal so I know my total down to the penny amount. Today for some reason my total ended up being two dollars more than normal with no explanation. If you’re gonna raise prices, at least say you’re raising the prices but if no one can tell me why my total is two dollars more – then it shouldn’t be. If menu prices have gone up your employees should be aware & your customers shouldn’t have to be surprised. My sausage cheese biscuit meal is $5.65 every day today it was $7.65. I would still love to know why or I would honestly like my two dollars back.

If I could assign zero stars, I certainly would. There should be no valid reason for someone to remain at the speaker for over five minutes in an empty McDonald’s. Each time I have visited, they have requested time to collect themselves, which is reasonable; however, waiting more than five minutes to receive service is absurd. I have experienced situations where I am the first vehicle to arrive at the speaker yet am the last to be served. I do not seek excuses. I demand changes.

I haven’t had McDonald’s in a long time because it’s just not the same. But decided to give it a try tonight since it’s new to the neighborhood. Well never again. My sandwich was not spicy and it had tomato’s even though it says it doesn’t, fry’s were cold, and well my McFlurry was have was half way missing.

When we went through the drive-through, they were very slow. Had us pull all the way to the third window and still forgot some of our food a (large fry )I wonder what they do when they’re actually busy and then you try to call when they say they close at 12 and no one answers the phone. This is Absolutely pathetic when you’re actually still serving customers, you should answer your phone. What is the point of even having one? And when the girl handed our food, we were trying to check it out the window and she opened the window and was like did you need anything else? Very rude.

It’s a mixed bag. Sometimes the burgers come out perfectly fine, other times they come out looking like someone sat on them. They seem to be severely understaffed at times during the busiest part of the day.
The most frustrating part is when there’s no one in the drive-thru lane, I get my order processed, and then I end up sitting and waiting for a few minutes, while someone behind me gets their order and leaves within 30 seconds.

So sad I will not be coming to this location anymore it’s 4 min from me and I was so excited. I came November 26th and the service was so horrible. My burger was made wrong and I asked the young girl ( I didn’t catch her name) to make it right and she went and told the cook, mind you the burger was made very squishy with so much sauce he (Jose I believe his name was) was remaking it and stated in Spanish “ next time she comes in tell her to make it herself” the young girl handed me the burger so I told her tell him next time I will make it myself she shook her hand in front of my face and said” ah whatever Jose don’t listen to her” a older lady manage came to talk to me very nice lady she apologized. But again staff was very rude and unprofessional but it’s ever time we come in
