I placed a mobile order, I picked up my food and came home. Come to find out my chicken nuggets are rock solid hard. You can’t even bend them. I even asked for a sweet tea and I got a regular tea. The “kid” that brought my order outside to me looked very out of it. He brings my food and I tell him I’m missing my 2 drinks and he looks at me like I have 2 heads. Then says “oh they didn’t bring it out”. Well obviously not if I’m telling you about it. SMH!! very Unbelievable.

these people made us go through the drive thru and told us to park and wait and they didn’t even have our order ready for like 35 minutes and when we went inside we didn’t even get an apology or talked to at all about the service and we could hear there whole conversation and it was so unprofessional

I arrived at McDonald’s✨ on 4th Avenue after a appointment and thanks to team member Deprina it really did feel like I was in the golden arches She is a awesome representation for McDonald’s fast,friendly and courteous. She was cleaning the dining area with a smile and took my order demonstrating that she did care and enjoys providing customers the service we really need. I’ve gone to this specific place which is SUPPOSED TO BE 24hrs and MORE THAN ONCE I’ll wait in line with no answer I called their phone number and asked if they were open got a very RUDE NO WERE NOT OPEN!! so I don’t know what’s going on at this specific place but someone needs to get the reigns on these people btw it was like 5am so I KNOW they had to have been open so sad I love McDonalds and with the service here I just dread going anymore !!
