Just wanted to give Jasmin the cashier a huge thank you and honestly the only reason I’m leaving a 5 star review is because of her, she was the sweetest even if the place was chaos she took her time and helped me out with so much patience. I went straight from my dental surgery to this store for a vanilla cone. I asked the cashier to just use the cup cuz I wouldn’t be able to chew the cone & didn’t want it wasted. Jaden, one of the managers, stepped up & offered it to me at no charge as a little something to make feel comfortable from the fresh dental surgery pain!!! I was shocked & touched by Jaden’s thoughtfulness!! It’s made my day – THANKS JADEN!!!

Talking crap and down on your customers when they walk away is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you have customers sitting not far from the register. Maybe next time you mimic your customers, and make fun of them, you might want to do it when no customers are present. You have 2 managers on duty and 1 was engaging in said conversation.

Went at 3:15 to get ice cream treats for the family to cool down after being out in the 100+ degree temperature. We were told, in drive-thru, that the machine is broken. Their drive-thru has no exit other than to go through it. This location has the slowest service in the valley, once waited almost 45 minutes. The person taking my order was snarky. When asked “what other options are there” she replied with “the rest of the menu”. They didn’t apologize, they didn’t even acknowledge me. I wanted to give the manager a heads up that they need to put a sign out or there was just going to be others going through the same thing (also a quick “Would you be okay if someone did this to you? Respect my time and money”). Guess they don’t care, which is the standard for this location.
2/13/25: My wife has a short memory and is a glutton for punishment and decided to eat here again: Still the worst McDonalds I’ve been to to date.
