We ordered the family bundle through curbside
pick up. We double check, they didn’t give us one of our 10 piece chicken nuggets. No big deal. We went through the drive thru to let them know and to grab it. Lady speaking on the headset tells me
to pull up. I go to the first window, we make eye contact, nothing is said. Weird but okay. I pull up to the second window, I’m accosted by 3 different workers all asking me questions. 1 was very nice, but the other two both had stank faces and were incredibly rude. I felt like a criminal for just asking if I can please have my nuggets that I PAID FOR. It’s insane how i was treated. Do better.

I have gone through the drive thru at the Higley and baseline location twice over the last few months and both times I have interacted with Carroll and I just wanted to say she is one of the sweetest drive-through employees I’ve ever interacted with at any food chain! She has such great customer service and is so friendly!

Asked for extra pickles on the burger only two so I go inside and bring it back then the girl brings me a a small cup of pickles. I said can you remake it right she said I guess so I talked to Manger she told her to remake it.it was a qpwch they gave me a double qpwch smdh and fries were cold & over cooked. Never again will I buy anything here not even a cup of water.

Going through the drive thru at one pm, i was craving breakfast but alast there was none, i ordered a happy meal not one but two, and a medium fry….. The brave soldier in the window looked beyond tired, angry and upset…. My happy meals unbeknownst to me… weren’t happy….. no sauce… and five nuggests instead of six,…… i feel to my knees in the passeneger seat and cried to the gods above who have forsaken me… lack of lively barbeque sauce to coax and flirt with my tongue, and ranch to calm the heat and soothe the pain…. I yearn for my lovely sides of large enough fries that host a cold unloving marrige instead of a fresh clean one

I dread the nights my family wants to come here. Nothing is ever heard through the drive through so you’ll be repeating yourself while simultaneously being rushed. It’s wild. And if I was a betting man I’d put money on nobody getting sauce of any kind at any moment in the drive through. It blows my mind.

This is one of the weirdest McDonalds I’ve been too…unfriendly staff that just act weird..I went there at 9.30pm to order a late night snack, ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps and a large coke..no hello or greeting at the drive through or windows, just teenagers who don’t know customer service..the first kid at the window kept saying weird creepy things like “It’s tough seeing all these sexy women, especially since I have a gf”..bro I don’t care, can you just take my card and let me get to my food…go to the 2nd window…teenage girl just opens the window and holds a drink out the window, not a hello or here is your drink…uh ok, she closes the window and goes back into the kitchen for 5-10mins..she comes back to the window and says “do you need something?”…yeah my food…are these teenagers doing drugs at work or something..I don’t get it
