Didnt get what i ordered. I ordered extra onions and got literally 3 small piece of oinion! Extra! Thats not a hard concept to my knowledge. And I had to wait 15+ plus minutes for 2 burgers. I also greeted them first because i waited a full two minutes at the speaker but was never greeted. How is this acceptable customer service or food handling? Workers here just disregard customers. This isnt my 1st uncomfortable experience. They(the workers) seem to be inconvenienced by us. And thats unacceptable. I also work in fast food and never act like this. I always think “what if it were my kids?” And act accordingly. So why does McDonald’s continue to allow this behavior?

Absolutely horrible speed. Order in the drive through and then they have you pull up on the curb. I’m in line with 2 cars in front of me and 2 cars behind me. 2 employees came out with as much bags as they could put on a tray and proceed to go car to car asking what order belongs to you.

Food was fresh at 3 am, great! Service sucked. She repeatedly typed in my drive thru code so hard and fast on the screen repeatedly typing the wrong number and trying to rush me away. Oh well, it’s 3am and the food was good, and fairly fast for a 3am McDonald’s drive thru.

I will give this place a zero if I could I just made a order online and paid for it with my credit card I come in there and because they can’t find it on their screen even though it is on my phone with the address and the date showing them everything they need to see I’m had to stand there for a half an hour until finally the manager came out and basically told me I don’t know there’s nothing I can do about it if it’s not on my screen I said what am I supposed to do she said I don’t know let me go check I’ve been there 45 minutes I don’t have time for this I just left I’m not a rich person so my kids don’t need lunch now because I have to get to work. Workers are incredibly untrained and rude.

Do not waste your time or money. This location is horrible. It has the worst service possible. They screw up every single order every single time. The food is always cold. They shut menu items off just so they don’t have to make them. There is always a line a mile long through the drive through because the service is so bad and so slow. I don’t know how this place is still open or how the employees still have their jobs. I don’t think I e ever had one order from here be correct. Save your time and your money and go literally anywhere else. Anywhere.

There’s lots of other McDonald’s that’s way faster in service. Last night I went to order some food, through drive through I had asked for ranch and y’all forgot it. I tried calling the number and it hangs up immediately. All I wanted was ranch and y’all didn’t wanna open the door to give that to me. I understand y’all were closed but it was just ranch that I needed. Very simple open the door and hand it, that’s all. Y’all need to speed up the process. Work as a team and provide faster service.

I feel like you are being forced to use the kiosks to order. I waited for the cashier since I’m not sure how to customize items. The cashier took the order correctly, unfortunately it wasn’t prepared correctly. Buns were hard as if they were left out opened all night. Fries were cold, limp and over salted. The manager was rude and condensing. I’ll never go back! I’ll spend my $40 elsewhere!!!

The drive thru staff member for the on every Sunday morning, when I arrived to get some food after a long night at work I usually get the big breakfast with no hot cakes. She has continued to get my own order to be mix up everytime I come around. But this time she just only gave me a just the hot cakes alone with a hashbrown and a med orange juice.
