It’s been the more reliable of the two McDonald’s in Quincy (before the other one closed for remodeling) and a good spot for late-night food. The drive thru can get backed up quite a bit. Picking up the order inside is always faster when that happens.

So I waited 20 mins for my order my spicy chicken sandwiches were sloppy and lukewarm! No communication with me telling me nothing! So you order they don’t care about your business! And I was a department manager for over 8 years the chicken doesn’t cook for 20 minutes to be lukewarm and thrown in the bag. So if you eat here beware they only want your money at this location.

Not sure why this McDonald’s is like this, the lines are long, The ordering area only accepts cash, not cards, the sandwich was just thrown together, The sanitization station is empty, upstairs seating is closed and it doesn’t have a drinks station.

I came around 4:30am and the employee said they have to update their system for breakfast which takes about 40 minutes, and they can’t take orders until after the update. Sounds like your hours should reflect nearly a whole hour of time you cannot accept orders.

It is a typical McDonald’s restaurant with fast food that we like sometimes. The place is nice although a bit messy, it has two floors and the second floor is independent. Attention is typical of McDonald’s, fast, friendly, and effective. The breakfast was spectacular, we really enjoyed that day. This restaurant has thru drivers and public toilets.

Your average McDonalds, but the line was super slow in the drive through and the person taking the orders was incomprehensible for some of the time, repeated back the wrong order and repeatedly wrote in the wrong items which made the wait to get through the ordering line significantly longer. The food was just okay.

My favorite mcdonald till date. I like thier fast service and attentiveness to details. I love the location and the drive through is one of the best because of its width. I can get my food within 15minutes while using the drive through. Located in Broadway Everett very close to the casino. The staff in this particular location are customer centric and I always get good service anytime I come here. As at the time of this review , indoor dining is available.
