Naturally, having kids, they gravitate to McDonald’s. I did too as a child so as an adult I look to them for a quick meal. It’s disappointing and honestly pathetic that EVERY SINGLE TIME we order food from this McDonald’s it’s never right. NEVER. Several months ago my order was so wrong I brought it back to the store, was given a brand new order and it was refunded. It’s great to see the team took care of the order. This being said, it’s pretty ridiculous thay they can’t bag 4 hashbrowns, 2 burritos, and 2 sandwiches. No special orders ever, just the exact menu items without customization.
I don’t know what kind of money this location makes. Maybe these complaints don’t matter because they are doing well but something needs to change. Care about the work you do just a little bit please.

I would have given this place five stars, but the staff ignored us at the counter. I know there is a push to have everyone start using the kiosks, but I had a few questions. Eventually, a manager saw us there and took care of us. As far as reviewing the food, look, it’s McDonald’s. It is what it is. This place was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean.

I can NOT express this enough, if you can’t handle customer service jobs DO NOT WORK THEM. This lady always has an attitude. I feel like she is always alone, any time I’ve gone there to pick up an order up that’s what she says anyways. But wow! Tonight her lashing out over an order that what was ready to be picked up because she’s backed up with other door dash orders was crazy.

I want to say this manager on site in the late afternoon its the best. I went inside to tell him about my horrible experienced at another mcdonald’s location and he went out of his way to make it better. He made my day and most likely my sons day as my son was crying cuz he wanted a black boo bucket. I’m so grateful to him. They need more people like him.

This location used to be awesome. Service was fast, staff were very friendly and attentive. Must’ve done a complete 180 since then. The wait times are ridiculously long. There are two lanes yet I’ve had multiple times where I wait for 5 minutes watching cars in the other lane come and go before anyone even acknowledges I’m there. Even when you’re the only customer in line, the waits are long. The drinks are hit or miss lately. Sodas are sometimes nothing but carbonation. Teas are just straight up water. The final straw was our trip today. The fries were stale, no salt or anything. They didn’t give us straws. And our burgers weren’t what we ordered. And the crazy thing? Not only were they not OUR order, the two burgers were from TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS. So essentially there were 3 different customers today that got their order wrong. I’m not sure how this happens, but it’s ridiculous at this point. We likely won’t be back after this. Only saving grace of this location right now is that it’s open 24 hours.

Poorly ran even for a McDonald’s. Girl at the drive through was rude and kept trying to complete my order before I was done ordering. They did not have hot n spicy in stock which is wild. Girl only read back half my order and was annoyed when I double checked. Burgers came out flat like someone had sat in them. Pretty bad
Update: received a reply from the owner with a terrible form to fill out. I would do it but with the amount of bad reviews they already have I don’t feel they are going to take any honest integral action to improve their customer experience.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s no crossing in Chandler for the pest 8 to 10 years and I’ve never had them be out of ice cream. I’ve gone twice in the last month and they’ve been out of ice cream each time. Not sure if it’s new management or just workers who don’t want to take time to clean and fill the ice cream machine. Either way poor poor service. It’s 3:40 in the afternoon and the ice cream is down

This is the worst McD in the area. Avoid this location. They got my order wrong twice in a row. You’d think after the first time they would verify it was correct the second time. Nope. And it was the manager who was getting it wrong. Lol. Just avoid this location
