Very surprised to see the only way you can order at this location is with their “Kiosk” which are filthy dirty and covered in fingerprints. Obviously never cleaned, funny how not so long ago no one could use the “Kiosk” because you might catch something…Now… Don’t even bother cleaning them! There is not even a menu board on the wall behind the counter.

A relatively frustrating visit. The floor was sopping wet, which caused my disabled cane-using grandma to slip around as she made her way to the bathroom and then her seat. The nice lobby employee (who had just soaked the floor) had to let us into the bathroom, which required a code to enter.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever they are always so worried about the drive through that often there is absolutely nobody in the front to help customers that have came in to eat or pick up the food. Not to mention they just tell everyone in the drive through to pull up after paying to wait for your food and then your stuck there for far to long only to get the wrong or incorrect order. Just to sweeten the pot the employees are also very rude.

All I can say is there rude and apparently u have to be a different race than white to get any help because I’m standing there waiting to get help so I yelled and asked one of there employees what the code was for there restroom, they turned and spoke to another employee in Spanish and didn’t even acknowledge me. The employee that they spoke to walks out from behind the counter and acknowledged the Hispanic person that just walked up behind me and asked for the same thing I just did and they got acknowledged. It was like I didn’t even exist. I don’t know what there problem is here but I will never go back there cause to me that’s being racist. So if your white don’t bother going there they just might spit in your food.

I went through the drive-thru. I got the 2 cheeseburger combo. The burgers were fine but fries a bit salty. I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened. I told the employee at drive-thru and he looked at me like I was crazy. I repeated it’s unsweetened I need another. He took it and gave me a fresh drink, it was still UNSWEETENED. I was frustrated by this time so I just took it and left. I get sweet tea at least once a week I know it was not what I asked for.

Ice cream never works. Water not available to at the fountain, front counter practically gets ignore, staff is rude and the managers can’t seem to speak English or at least understand it. Really all around a horrible place to go to eat. Definitely a tax right off for the franchise.

Served ourselves at the kiosk, the hamburger came out with mayonnaise and lettuce and it was a disaster! Slapped together without a thought, mayonnaise oozing out of the side like some infectious disease. The worst possible burger and thats coming from a McDonald’s so you know it was REALLY BAD! I know that I wasn’t purchasing a gourmet burger to begin with,, but why?? And…Why are we paying so much more and all the while getting absolutely no service! I don’t think we will be back anytime soon!

Always check your orders! They mess up orders all of the time, They never answer the phone it just rings and then sounds like a fax machine. I’ve lost out on 2 Hash browns, and now a sausage mcmuffin. I don’t have gas to waste to drive back. Lesson learned never trust what they say always take the time and look through your bag.
