This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went in for two breakfast sandwiches and a frappe. Nothing too crazy. I ordered through the app so by the time I get there it would be done or close to done. I pull up to mobile curbside pickup and wait 20 minutes!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed there was a breakfast rush but I just keep seeing cars alongside me get there orders and leave. After I hit the 20 min mark I decide to go in and check on my order. Only to find out it was sitting out and nobody had given it to me. I ask the cashier how long my frappe would take to be ready (that was the only thing I was waiting on now) he didn’t give me an answer and proceeded to walk away to bag other orders. At this point it’s been well over 30 minutes. I continued to ask about my frappe and I was being understanding knowing that breakfast rushes can get busy but I was not getting any answer. I eventually gave up and asked the cashier if I could just get a refund for the frappe so I can head out. This is when the cashier said “oh okay I’ll go make it right now” so this whole time he was fully capable of making it knowing I have been waiting well over 40 minutes for my order. At this point my food went cold and the worst of all is when I got home I noticed that my breakfast sandwiches were completely wrong. They gave me a whole different sandwich. I didn’t bother to go back or even call to fix it, I wasn’t willing to stand in line again for another half an hour.

Honestly its hit or miss at this location. I have been frequenting McDonald’s for as long as I can remember so I know what I am talking about. I usually order through the app. Some days the food tastes perfect and fresh and other days (same time) the food tastes reheated (you know when you can tell when the cheese is melted as if it just came out of the microwave). Some times I have to pick up my order inside and it can take anywhere from 2-10 minutes to get the same food items.

We ordered our food thru the mobile app, Our kids happy meals had a long hair in it, they messed up our order. The fries were cold and i notified them about our food when the lady gave us attitude about my kids happy meal having hair in it. Unacceptable

Tried using my code but was entered 3 times wrongly by employee so my code was not able to be used. It took 20 min in drive thru only hollow tasting fries and watermelon tasting ice tea. Yuk. Usually a good McDonald’s but really off day today.

Obviously, it’s fast food, so it’s not gonna be great, but it’s kind of hard to understand how when there is absolutely no one in line. They still manage to mess up an order. So much to the fact that they don’t even put meat inside of my hamburger.

I had pulled up to this location since this was the only McDonald’s on my route. I didn’t want anything big just a cup of hot coffee. I had made the order and the speaker goes quiet for maybe about 2 mins. I was thinking ok no big deal they are probably busy, I understand. I had to say hello? Just to to have them remember I was still here . And place the order again. The gentleman on speaker asked for the size. So I get to the first window for pay. No problem. But as soon as I got to the second window. The worker who handed my drink was fine at first…. Til I asked for creamer and sugar… she instantly showed her annoyance, threw her hands slightly in the air and shook her head… I wasn’t sure if it was because I ruined her stride?? (There was just me and two cars behind me, wasn’t busy…) i only ordered one cup of coffee … then she proceed to hand me the bagged items and said “next time tell them at the speaker it would be easier”… in my mind I’m thinking well I’m sorry? But no one even asked me if I wanted sugar and creamer in the first place?? … not every customer will know that mam…if you are unsatisfied with working with any customer related positions. Should probably reevaluate your options… ‍♀️ will never go to this location again, I rather get my “one” cup of coffee somewhere else.

My family & I just went to your location in Mesa arizona at Mesa drive and university at 11:40pm. The person who placed the order messed up and didn’t charge us for a hot n spicy, no big deal. Mistakes happen. My issue is with the lady at pick up who said I couldn’t buy a hot n spicy because she could not take orders at her register, she wanted me to go wait back in a line with 5/7 cars while I have a newborn in the car at midnight, INSANITY…. LITERALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER, she could have easily placed my order with the other register instead of blankly telling me no, as one who has been in the restaurant for more than 10 years, I’m not one to complain but tonight I was truly disgusted how she handled the situation. I just spent $50 dollars at this location for basically nothing.

I have been given the wrong change multiple times through the drive thru. They stand there talking looking back at the other employee talking to them without realizing they are giving the wrong change. They never provide me with the receipt to show proof of the incorrect amount being given. And the second window when picking up food. These employees have other attitude issues. Each one is different but it’s mainly the same reaction. I wish they would actually take their jobs a little more serious and follow proper guidelines for drive thru service. You have people waiting in the parking lot for food it either never get it on time or given to other people by mistake. People waiting there for almost 30-45 minutes to arrive. I know because this has happened to me so many times. But when I call to let them know I’m waiting still, no one ever answers the phone not even the manager! And that’s the mangers job! Omg that management in this location needs to be removed and replaced with someone more highly experienced and someone whose willing to actually make that place better! Please do better!!!!!!

This McDonald’s is a nightmare in the evenings. The night shift is managed extremely poorly the service reflects it. Which is sad because the day shift happens to be on point and a pleasure to work with. OWNER Fix the night crew and start with that manager. I sat waiting for her to even acknowledge I was in the drive thru. “Hello is this place even open, I have a doordash?” …. pull around to the second window. Wow, this person steals the most precious thing people have and that is thier time.

night staff ignored me trying to pick up an order for Uber eats. We are working just like they are. Soooo unprofessional. At least turn off the Uber eats app so we don’t waste our time!
