The service was great, staff was nice. We are in the process of moving and for our first time at this mcdonalds I was very pleased. Clean and well maintained at least the outside I didn’t go in as it was a drive up pickup.

This is a better location than most with order accuracy and food quality. However, today we were basically told to go pound sand for our mobile order pickups because it was 10:35am at the LATEST when we actually got to the drive thru speaker to give them the codes for our breakfast order. The girl on the intercom did nothing to try and help us with the orders we placed and paid for and told us to just cancel our orders because they’re not doing breakfast anymore. If the app lets us order from our home until a certain time, we should be able to pick up the order within 10min of placing it- that’s just common courtesy. If a company wants to randomly start charging restaurant-quality prices, they should also provide better service and food with the price increase. If it really was a technical error, I hope corporate cares enough to maybe cut off orders 10min beforehand if the staff is not allowed to do any breakfast pickups after 10:30am.

Asked for extra onions (which is an upcharge now) on my burger and extra pickles for my daughter happy meal burger. (She got 3 slices.) This “new store” concept is terrible. Can’t refill your own drinks, have to order from a kiosk. Took almost 20 minutes for our food!

Amazing and attentive customer service by employee. I ordered but I need help and an employee who was cleaning the floor stood up and assisted me without me asking. I accidentally pressed dine in and he personally made sure that my order was in a take out bag. He was overall respectful and kind throughout the entire encounter.

I don’t know why, but I thoroughly enjoy McDonald’s when it’s hot and fresh. Growing up it has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. However, I have had a rash of poor experiences that has not had me visit a McDonald’s in a very long time. With food costs being as high as they are and my order often being incorrect, I got to the point where I just realized it was no longer worth it. However, today was one of those days that a hot McDonald’s meal sounded great! Scared that my order would be wrong or the food quality would be terrible. I reluctantly pulled into this location as I had not tried it yet. Tonight at 10 PM on a Friday I received my food, hot, made to order and fresh. Providing me that classic McDonald’s meal that I grew up enjoying. Thank you.

This is a terrible location. Extremely long wait times, very poor accuracy on orders. Double check your bags in the drive-through before you leave. If you even can get out of the drive-through. Do not pull forward to the waiting area if they ask you, they’re likely to forget about your order entirely or leave you waiting for an excessive period of time. Awful.

This location has far too many kids working here, and the quality of the food clearly reflects it. Management either doesn’t know how to run the business or chooses not to. The drive-thru lanes constantly get backed up because orders aren’t moving, even when the lines are full.
What’s most frustrating is that management just sits there instead of stepping in to help the team get food out faster. There’s no sense of urgency or leadership. On top of that, employees should be keeping their phones and headphones at home—there’s a serious lack of focus.
Overall, the blame falls on management. Without proper leadership and accountability, this place will continue to struggle.

The most unprofessional crew member at the windows at 2pm. I went two days in a row to get the same meal and they told repeated they up charge for an extra patty (which was fine). At first she said they couldn’t do it which was complete bs. Then when it was time to pay, I asked to split the payment and we weee told they can’t do that. What the hell is going on with the crew at this location? Management do better and start holding them accountable.

Do not go to this McDonald’s if you value your time. I placed a mobile order for pickup, and after arriving, I waited an unacceptable 40 minutes for my food. The staff seemed completely disorganized and didn’t bother to ask if anyone needed help The lack of customer service was appalling.

My recent visit to McDonald’s in San Tan Valley, Arizona, was an absolute nightmare! Not only was there a complete lack of human interaction and a blatant disregard for customer service, but to top it all off, there wasn’t even a soda machine available for self-service. Can you believe it? I had to practically beg the workers to fill my cup, and to add insult to injury, they couldn’t even bother to fill it up all the way! It’s utterly unacceptable that a supposedly reputable fast-food chain would subject its customers to such incompetence and disrespect. I left feeling not just angry, but utterly infuriated by the sheer incompetence and negligence on display. Never again will I set foot in that disgrace of a restaurant.
