Empathetic Pleasure
The establishment was clean and had a play area for those with small children. However the service was very poor. The person who took my order (may have been a manager black shirt). Was cold and unfriendly which was odd because upon entering I noticed her laughing and joking with friends/customers although my customer experience was lack luster. Another thing when going to McDonald’s (for me at least) the fries are a huge factor, mine were cold and my McChicken was hard/stale/old. When mentioning my complaints regarding my order I was met with irritation and a very rude attitude which robs the customers of a pleasant experience. The deals are great, the restaurant is nice although poor customer service is why I rated it so low. Especially coming from someone who’s worked and managed in customer service I know how much of an impact it can make. Hopefully things improve.

Beware when ordering delivery or drive thru- always missing something unfortunately. Both have problems with giving the correct drinks/amount of drinks, straws and sauces you paid extra for. I totally understand forgetting something but it’s every time I order from them. Doordashed just now and once again- missing the kids drinks, straws and sauces.

For this being the only McDonald’s in Coolidge, you would think their Customer Service would be a little bit better. Their manager’s here are horrible. Can’t even keep their crew on track or train them the proper way!!!! If it’s up to me, they would get zero stars for service! They need to rethink about hiring better managers that can provide their crew with a proper training and some good side manners!!!!

Little girl in the drive-thru argued with me & demanded that I show a receipt when I told her the order offered to me wasn’t mine.

ALL but 1 time the line cooks have gotten my order WRONG. Plain-as-day says NO ONIONS! and everytime other than ONE TIME they are loaded with onions. I. ORDER. NO. ONIONS. BECAUSE. I. AM. ALLERGIC. TO. THEM!!! The manager is normally really nice about fixing it, but I shouldn’t have to get it fixed everytime (except once)! And this is what $15 per hour is paying for.

Everything was exactly how I ordered plus it was hot and delicious. The frys were cooked perfect and hot just like I like. Staff was very polite and smiled. Great place to eat.

This is one of the few McDonald’s that have actively said word for word that they don’t prioritize curbside pickup. Why have the system if half the time I have to walk in to get my order?
Good chunk of the time too the food is cold, my order comes out wrong, or they have problems when I use the app and I don’t get my order.
