I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD’S. THE MANAGER DEFINITELY NEEDS RESTRAINING. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY WE DONT HAVE THE ORDER. AFTER ALL THAT WAS SAID SHE SAID ILL JUST MAKE IT LIKE HE WAS BUMMING FOR FOOD. WHICH WE PAID FOR IT..

I asked for cashier assistance for the person before me- since no one had looked our way in a very long time.. which had all of us standing around, starring at each other feeling invisible.
The machines weren’t working…wouldn’t accept any card payments. A cashier was definitely required up front and all times. This is a very busy location. So here we were couldn’t pay for our food
The tatted manager/supervisor walked over and gave us all attitude. She stated only machine’s would be available not a cashier. She was too upset and began arguing with my husband. That immediately took my appetite away. My husband’s a peaceful man and she’s out of character.
I wouldn’t be asking for help if I didn’t need it, that’s not me. I help people but this time.. I needed help.
I do Trucking Authority and maintain my cool at all times, even through all my deadlines and human error. I work above several people. Showing leadership sometimes requires positivity.
She still had thee audacity to talk about me to another lead staff and had that bigger woman look around for me so YES I smiled real big. These people definitely require a bit more training to help professional customers.
