The food is consistent with Braum’s standards. The service was personal yet professional, the staff appears to enjoy working at Braum’s. The food prep areas are constantly being sanitized, and gloves are warn by all food handlers. I will definitely be back to this location.

The assistant manager Chris, is an absolute piece of work. I went in and called less than 15 minutes later when I realized they screwed up my entire order. He looked up and found my receipt but refused to refund it since I told their staff I didn’t need mine not expecting them to serve raw fries and leave bacon off of a bacon cheese burger. I have to get hacked to work and now do not have time to eat. I don’t want a damn replacement of this nasty as raw food. I wanted a refund. So I filmed myself bringing back the order so I can dispute the charge with the credit card company and will also be calling their GM and corporate.

I had a fabulous bacon cheeseburger yesterday at a Braum’s in Enid – so I came back with the family hoping to get the same. We all got the bacon cheeseburger combo with the fries well done (must do if you ask me). It was awesome again!
Only complaints – no lemonaid for the kids, staff was not very fast…we waited at least 3 minutes before we could order and the store was not very clean.

This McDonald’s has messed up my order every time I eat there. And staff is rude and undercut my super sized shake was a medium if not small cup that’s only half way full. Fries always under light too long. Just really bad service… I definitely suggest go out the way to a different braum’s because the good news is braum’s is soo good and this is the only bad store.

I genuinely have no clue how this Braums is able to mess up my order every single evening that I come here. At this point it’s so consistent that it almost feels like they’re actively attempting to do the worst job possible. The best part is when they “fix” it, it comes back even worse than the originally messed up order would’ve been.

It is in a rough part of town with lots of loiterers, but I have gotten lunch here pretty consistently over the past two years and don’t think they have ever gotten my order wrong.

The food is good it’s more of the people that suck here. Pulled up to get my food the lady was rude cuz I told her my drinks were suppose to be large not a small she rolled her eyes and huffed slammed the window shut. She gets the right size basically tosses them at me and rolls her eyes again. Smh you can tell she really hates her job.

Stopped in here today and got a cheeseburger and fries combo. The food was just okay. The fries were a little underdone, and an item I asked to be left off the burger was put on anyway. Not a big deal, but still sloppy work, especially considering there was hardly anyone here. The biggest problem was that the dining room was dirty. Especially the area where the condiments, napkins, etcetera are kept. I wiped off my own table and seat with a wet wipe before sitting down to eat.
