I had a very bad experience in this store, I went in with my electric scooter and order in the kiosk, when I finished ordering and paying I moved my scooter from the door to one of the tables next to the front desk, just so I can wait for my food, the guy from the front desk straight yelled at me and told me I had to get my scooter out, have in mind this area is kinda weird, I was not going to leave it outside, also there is no parking to lock bikes… he yelled at me multiple times to get my scooter out.

If there was an option for no stars they would have any! Terrible service! Terrible food! Waited over 30 minutes for cold food and my son’s happy meal literally only have like 6 single fries! & I ordered way ahead! 2 young kids playing outside bellowing breaking down 2 boxes and then they stayed behind the dumpster for 8 minutes on their phones! All these kids they hire don’t do their jobs or if they are they have no work ethic! Just sad and disappointing!

EVERY TIME I door dash from here there’s no sauces in the bag. EVERY TIME. If I paid for them, WHERE ARE THEY?! It’s actually so annoying. It’s not that hard to put it in the bag. And let me just add: I wanted 4 ranch. I hate BBQ.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too they take so long I placed an order inside at 2:46 pm it took them 30+ minutes to make such a simple order with no cars in there drive thru. This location needs a new management team because yall work so sloppy and lazy.

I waited a long time on the drive thru for them to send me to the side to wait because the happy meals were not ready. You are a fast food place you should have the food ready. I don’t understand!! And while I was on the side waiting I still waited another 20 mins. This place does not communicate or work good. Knowing you are a fast food place again!!! This place just sucks. This is the only worse McDonald ever.

Had a solid good experience picking up dinner on 12/09 through curbside pick-up. Food was well cooked, order was accurate to the last item, ice cream machine wasn’t broken, staff was professional… rare McDonald’s win lol… Shout out to the staff during that shift!

Asked for everything fresh I just worked 14 hours today and my cookies were almost burnt. My fries tasted OLD. Every time I go to this McDonald’s I always REGRET IT. They just hand out what ever is made they don’t care. I LOVE good cookies from here but these ones tased horrible we spent almost $20-$30. I’m so disappointed. I’m going back their in the morning to have my stuff remade.
