I placed an order and had no idea if the order actually went through since didn’t get a confirmation or receipt. I walk up to the counter which was NOT staffed and had to ring a bell which seems absurd. After a few minutes someone finally came up to the counter I asked did my order go through, and can I get a receipt? They confirmed the order and printed a receipt and said “we’ll bring that out to you shortly.” and gave me a table number placard. After some time I inquired and they said they were still working on it. After a total of 18 minutes I asked how much longer because usually it’s a few minute wait and I had my kids with me that were getting anxious. Someone else came up to the front and said “oh it’s over there in the pickup area.” I said I was told it would be brought to the table. No response just walked away. I proceeded to the pickup area and the 4 ice creams that were ordered were mostly melted and running all over. I said this was unacceptable and would like some new ones. They made 4 more and gave them to me. When I sat down at the table with our hot food items, they all were room temperature. I walked back up and asked “do yall feel this is acceptable?” Showing them not only the overcooked/dried out chicken nuggets but also how all the food was room temperature. The gal gave me an attitude and said “well we can remake that for you but it’ll cost you $31. We’re not gonna give you another order because you didn’t know to pick it up.” I replied saying Excuse me I was told it would be brought to my table and even if it was dropped at the pickup area, why was there no announcement that order # was ready?” She didn’t care and said sorry there’s nothing I can do for you as she turned her back and walked away. I laughed and said I will be calling the manager and corporate with the unprofessional establishment. My kids and I had our ice cream and left still hungry.

I also noted the windows inside were dirty, covered in handprints, tables all were dirty and several trash and food items were scattered throughout the floor and play area.
For a new McDonalds this place was absolute garbage!

I want to also note this happened around noon on a Saturday and we happened to be the only ones inside. Now I know why.

Terrible food quality and staff. I will NOT be going back to this location and would encourage others to do the same.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! You see it’s listed as 24/7 right? Well, they allow you to order from the app only to show up and they’re closed. No access to the drive thru, no curbside option and no way to get your money back. A kind gentleman from another location gave me a number to call, but that number doesn’t work. We all know McDonald’s is trash, but this is ridiculous. Another time, I pull up and a manager and staff member are cracking jokes and using foul language in front of me. Neither one of them greeted me. Absolutely disgraceful. If anyone else reading this (because I saw a bunch of you also parked outside while I was here) experienced this, dispute the charge with your bank. A bunch of scammers is all they are. I hope this franchise location shuts down soon. Replace it with something better.

First off, let me tell you that Bradley who was a manager at the restaurant is Fantastic! He fixed my complaint, but he is clearly the only person in this whole McDonalds who gives a darn. So the last 6 times! 6, that’s SIX, that I have been there, they have gotten my order wrong. What gets put in on the screen is right, but what is handed to me, is NOT. If in any line of work if you can’t get something done right after 6 times you should quit. The people here are terrible. Last night I came through the drive through, paid at the first window, pulled up to the second window, and nobody was there. Nobody was coming anytime soon. So I pull up to the next window, and it took 10 more minutes before anybody came, my complete order was a Hot & Spicy McChicken, Big Mac, and a combo 2 burgers and 2 ten piece nuggets, with ketchup only on the burgers. Never got the hot and spicy, the burgers were NOT ketchup only, and everything came out ICE cold. One guy can’t run a whole restaurant! Thankfully Bradley fixed it and was super nice, but I honestly will NEVER be back. If I could revoke stars, I would. Promote that guy Bradley, and have him train some new people and fire those freaking workers that refused to do anything! Worst McDonalds EVER!

No staff at the counter. No one to explain why the machine doesn’t give you a receipt. Had to ask for a receipt. No one to explain that the order is not going to come to your table despite having a table placard. I came with kids. No one else there. The ice cream delivered to the pickup window with no announcement melted. The fries were cold. They did not replace the fries. They gave me sass when I finally had a person explain that they weren’t responsible since it was a “pickup”. I will never come back. They wouldn’t get one star except apparently no stars are not an option.

And now I know why it was empty at noon-time on a Saturday. Literally no one would go back. I want a refund.

Nice new McDonald’s. The food was hot and fresh by McDonald’s standards. There is no soda/drink fountain in the lobby. The play place is smaller than other McDonald’s, but it’s clean. There is ketchup on a pump. Bathrooms are small, but nice. The staff didn’t seem super attentive.

I prefer this location. I don’t really like eating at McDonald’s or getting food from McDonald’s but I would drive just to be at this location if I was going to get McDonald’s.
I only waited a couple minutes and the drive-through to get my order taken . Then after that, I just drove to each window and was completely done. I didn’t have to wait and they gave me everything they didn’t miss any of my extra sauces that I asked for
Out of all places, I’ve been this has been my best experience. And there the first location where the sauce was all over the bun and not just in one small spot.

They have screwed my order up three times! I once ordered a sausage biscuit, and when I looked in the package, IT WAS ONLY THE BISCUIT WITHOUT THE SAUSAGE! Second time, I ordered one again, and the got the sausage, but they put CHEESE on the biscuit. Third time, I decided to order a chicken sandwich and they did not even give me a top bun. Don’t go here ever.

Food came out fairly quickly. The food was cold. The tables were filthy. Every condiment was empty no napkins. I stood at the front counter trying to get ketchup for over 10 minutes as they just kept looking at me from the back. Finally someone came to the counter. I told them the condiments stand was empty and they brought me a few packets of ketchup. I ate my food and after 30 minutes the tables have still not been wiped down and no one has filled up the condiments.

Debated writing a review but it has constantly been soooo bad!!! The food is always cold and it takes FOREVER! I went for a shake and total time in the drive through was 20 minutes. They also consistently forget food then I have to go inside… I also was sitting at one of the ordering screens and they would take 2 orders on the other screen and 1 ours then the other screen 2 orders than 1 ours like huh?! I just get things @ Maverick next door instead of waisting my time at this location.

i’m not one to leave bad reviews but this location is not good! They’ve messed up my order everytime i’ve gone. The lady at the window was very cold and said one word to me. The fry’s had WAY too much salt on them. I ordered the quarter pounder with no cheese and add lettuce. they still put cheese on it and added two pieces of lettuce. also there was literally only one pickle on the burger. overall very disappointed with this location.
