Ordered two grinch meals to see what they were like and a kids meal for our son. Neither of the grinch meals had any of the salt packs for the fries. Kids meal had a burger nothing else. Fries old and not even slightly warm. Fast service but nothing was right.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience/location (and I go to other McDonald’s locations on average 2-3x a week).
Stopped in after visiting family down here, was surprised to walk in and not see a menu at the counter, and appeared the only option was to self-order at the kiosk. Also want to mention that they don’t have a drink fountain in the lobby, so you place your order and they make it in the back and bring it to you. The only counter they had in the lobby as a “self-service” had salt/pepper, napkins and ketchup.
The employee who brought out our food wasn’t rude (or friendly), he simply brought the food and left, but two of our drinks were missing. I waited a few min and then decided to go up to the counter to ask about them, another guy working came and asked if I needed something but he wasn’t friendly with me. At the same time he gave me my drinks through the “pickup window” in the lobby, a teenager was at the counter asking if he could get a refill and the employee rudely responded “no , we don’t do that here”.
All of our food was COLD and all of our fries were stale. Between all of us we had fries, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers. The bread was hard and the cheese was cold.
My dad went up and asked for a cup of water and a gal that was sweeping helped him, and he said at least she was friendly.
Our hot coffee and iced coffee were the only two items that came out good.
Overall I would not recommend this location.

The people running the drive thru are super rude. This was two times I tried to go as I was on a road trip & tried to go leaving & coming back. They hound you about their stupid mobile app, which I get corporate probably forced them to, but they’re sticklers here. I pulled up to the drive thru & both times I said politely I don’t have the app. Silence. I say after a minute “is that okay?” then finally a very sassy “Yeah sure what do you want?!” I didn’t get anything either time bc the workers were rude & they had multiple issues. These people working here SUCK and I’m not a regular McDonald’s patron, I literally only stopped here bc I was on a road trip.

The workers were kind, the food was great
But the set up is awful!
You have to go stand and wait and wait for anyone to see you to ask for a refill. And the workers can’t see you from where the kitchen is in the back.
If you want another dipping sauce you have t go stand and wait and wait. And hope a worker comes out with someone’s food.
Definitely not a fan of the new no contact dining experience.

Visited at 7:30 pm on a weekend. Men’s restroom out of order bc no one was willing to unclog a toilet. Had to use the women’s restroom. Equally disgusting. Employees are unfriendly. Several walked past my family and didn’t even acknowledge us. Food was disgusting, cold, soggy. Not a single table in the dining room was clean enough to use. Never again.

I am very disappointed. First off the Manager has no business being a manager. Why did you hire her? She has absolutely ZERO management etiquette and very unprofessional with a bad attitude. you can tell that it continues due to the vibe with the rest of the staff. This place needs work. The food is not what I’ve known to be McDonald’s subpar quality. Do better and get that pink haired Manager out of there.

This is NASTY once I got paper in my quarter pounder once and my friend got her’s raw AND THEY WERE MONTHS APART And after my friend re-ordered her quarter-pounder, it took 40 WHOLE MINUTES TO REMAKE, ON TOP OF THE ALREADY 20 MINUTE WAIT It’s also been so gross in there every time i’ve been there, and slow too. This place sucks, avoid it if you can. Go to the Santaquin McDonalds or something, or just a different burger place

Absolutely ridiculous. That is the only words I have to describe this location. I have given it chance after chance hoping that maybe it was just trying to find its niche, but NO! Every single time I go they mess up my order. Today they didn’t put cheese on any of the 3 burgers I ordered. The fries were cold and they told me I was not allowed to upgrade my drink even though ALL THE DRINKS ARE THE SANE DAMN PRICE!!!!!!!!

Freezing. Absolutely icy in this restaurant in January! Uncomfortably cold. Took food to car so we weren’t shivering. In restrooms there are no towels, only the air dryers which run for 5 SECONDS. Yes, I timed it.
