They have kiosks that you can order from, I ordered from it and was paying the counter there was a gentleman behind me with his credit card out and the worker told him to use the kiosk. He looked very confused and walked over to it. Me and my daughter both noticed that that was extremely rude. He ended up pulling cash out of his wallet and getting in line behind him and the cashier then finally helped him. She was kind to us, I hope she was kind of him. The food was great the service was decent overall it was good.

Foot prints all over tables, food on floors and soda spilled and sticky. Yuck! Guys just standing at the front of lobby not doing a dang thing and the one lady up front was snappy with me when I asked for a fork. Like there’s no way the night crew even did their jobs because the place was filthy when I got there at 8ish am.

This was the 2nd McDonald’s I went to in a day. I was enticed to go because i had a free fries with a purchase deal i wanted to use. I was wanting a shake anyway. The first I left because their ice cream machines weren’t working and they couldn’t provide my shake. I went to this one to try it again, and guess what… their ice cream machines also weren’t working. I resigned to an apple pie so I could get my fries. I had my kids with me both times, and didn’t want to let them down again. The workers themselves seemed pleasant.

This particular location has had trouble all year long with their drink machines. (5/24/23) it was still not much better. Almost always one or the other is out of most all flavors and to day the only machine that had drinks they were all severely water down.

It could have just been the day, but the two people that helped me first seemed upset that I was asking for the drinks I ordered (it was an online order and they didn’t have the cups). I asked if I could get them, and the person grabbed a couple and tossed them onto the counter before walking away. I’m a really anxious person, so I didn’t want to mention that she shorted me by three drinks. I went back later because my kids were thirsty, and the person that helped me then (store manager, I think?) was really nice and upbeat.

Good food. I get the spicy chicken sandwich with only cheese, a plain hamburger patty and Mac sauce and make my own sandwich. It’s delicious. I like to dip my fries in the Mac sauce too. I love their vanilla cones. Wish they’d bring back the cherry pies, they were the best.

Tried to get a grimace shake (haha) but they were out. That’s understandable, but the guy that helped us in the drive-thru was very impolite. I wouldn’t be writing this review if they’d been more polite to us. I understand it’s a hard job, but that’s still no excuse, especially when we’re trying to be polite
