This location is always amazing. I have never had an issue with any order or customer service. Unfortunately I live closer to the Canton location and we tried them out a few times and were extremely upset with the overall experience. So we always drive to the westland location. Or the food is always hot in the staff is great. Great job team.

I love Culver’s and the staff is usually curtious however that doesn’t seem the be the case anymore. I know its a hard job and a fast food job but the staff was so unorganized and dismissive . They missed multiple items in my order and the lobby closed so I couldn’t even get the missed items because the drive through at that point was at least 15 minutes long. This has been my experience the last few times so I think this has become a pattern with current staff.
