Easy to find & access from the main road. Busy drive thru so if you are ordering from the kiosk inside the store you might have to wait a little longer. Lots of tables for dine in. Food has been consistent with McDonald’s standards. We’ll definitely come back if we are in the area.

What a delightful experience at this McDonald’s! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by how bright, spacious, and impeccably clean the entire restaurant was. Large windows allowed plenty of natural light to pour in, giving the place a fresh and open feel that’s rare for fast food locations.
But what truly stood out was the outstanding service from a wonderful elderly lady who was tending to the dining area. She wasn’t behind the counter, but she might as well have been the heart of the restaurant. She moved through the space with such care and pride—wiping tables, checking in with guests, and making sure everything was spotless. She even stopped by my table with a warm smile and asked if everything was alright, something you’d expect at a fine dining restaurant, not a fast-food chain.
Her presence brought a sense of warmth and hospitality that made my visit genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and grace, and it truly elevated the whole experience.
This McDonald’s is a gem—not just for its clean and inviting space, but for the people who bring it to life. I’ll absolutely be returning.

I haven’t had McDonald’s in years until now and wow this one somehow really hit the spot, perfectly cooked food, seemed fresh, the staff were so nice. I couldn’t figure out the app for a minute and the guy at the window taking my order was sooo patient with me and so nice and then to top it off I got a free smoothie with my order and that really hit the spot.

Great deals on hashbrowns buy one get one. We dined for our family and food was fresh, place was clean, friendly staff that morning. We hope they bring back their chicken sandwich for the breakfast menu.

The foods good, I wish they worked on door dash orders a bit quicker. Everytime we doordash, the time says around 30 minutes, every couple of minutes the time pushes 40 minutes on an on an on until the arrival time is near 2 hours. End up canceling. Not sure if its the doordashes fault, or if McDonalds just simply pushed back the orders.

It seemed like most everything wasn’t working at this McDonald’s today – specialty coffee, shakes, etc. The staff was trying their best to field everything, but people were waiting and getting antsy. When a gentleman came up to the counter after we had just placed our order and said he had been waiting over a half an hour for his food, we got a little nervous. The tables needed cleaning, the whole place needed some cleaning, even just a thorough wipe down. I didn’t go to the restroom. Our food came out hot and correct after a 15 minute wait. Probably will look for another option for a quick meal.

Everytime we pass through Moab, to other destinations, we stop at this McDonald’s. Everytime we use their drive up, we get missing orders. We stop and eat just north of town at the Colorado Bridge, rest area. We then find out we are short a meal, we hem have to travel back through town to recieve our missing order. We are learning to always get a receipt. Check our food before we leave. A slow down of our exit of the facility. People in line wait longer. Maybe someday we will win the lottery of successful fas food purchasing. Leave the McDonald’s with all our food, quickly. The food is good, the help is polite and friendly. Just would like it to work like it should, and just order, pick up, and go.

Whenever I go to a fast food restaurant I expect the food to be fast but not cold. I was passing through on a road trip and we needed to get somewhere. We wanted to go with a fast food that we knew we would all eat at. Like gas stations, all fast food restaurants are similar. Whatever McDonalds I go to anywhere, I expect the Filet-O-Fish and BigMac to taste the same. They did. I also expected them to be hot, they were. Even our fries were nice and hot. Here are things that are important to me that I look for at a McDonalds:
Cleanliness of the restrooms – 5 star for this location
– Cleanliness of the restrooms – 4 star for this location
– Cleanliness of the store itself – 5 star for this location
– Friendliness of the attendants – 5 star for this location
– Working Tap at the register – 5 star for this location
Everyone in my party commented on how hot the fries were; my son even got extra nuggets to-go because his were hot. This location was a great stop

The food and service of this location is noticeably improved since I was last in town 2 years ago. The biscuit sandwiches were hot and fresh and tasted like a fresh baked biscuit should. The drive thru service was slightly slower, but not bad and the staff was always friendly.
