I havent ever eaten inside here. But! I’ve never had a big issue with the drive through! Always good food, and the staff are always so fun and friendly and fast! Maybe I’m just lucky, but their good attitudes make it nice and easy to get my breakfast in the morning! Also they’re very stylish and cool, I’m super jealous

This McDonald’s is hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. I ordered a big Mac with Xtra Mac sauce, Xtra onion and no lettuce. It was even printed that way on the receipt. Apparently the uneducated kids couldn’t read. It had no onion and plenty of lettuce. The fries were nasty, but they’re always nasty.

You have to order on a kiosk. This took a while since there were people waiting to order. No orders were being taken at the counter. When we got our number called they said they were out of chocolate shakes. That would have been key information at the time of order. Employees were obviously tired of people and it was all business with no smiles. Food was mostly typical quality for McDonalds except the fries were cold and disgustingly soggy. I should have sent them back but at the point we were out the door and in the car. I wasn’t in the mood for another wait. It had been a long day already.

It seemed like most everything wasn’t working at this McDonald’s today – specialty coffee, shakes, etc. The staff was trying their best to field everything, but people were waiting and getting antsy. When a gentleman came up to the counter after we had just placed our order and said he had been waiting over a half an hour for his food, we got a little nervous. The tables needed cleaning, the whole place needed some cleaning, even just a thorough wipe down. I didn’t go to the restroom. Our food came out hot and correct after a 15 minute wait. Probably will look for another option for a quick meal.

Terrible service, long wait for burgers, and they messed up both orders. Order a Quarter ponder with no pickles, I get a friggin bacon burger. Yuck! Order a kids meal cheese burger plain. I get a plain burger with no cheese.

I wish I’d taken a picture! Largest soft serve cone we’ve ever seen from a McDonald’s, and my wife and I each got one! Literally twice the size of ones from where we live. McDonald’s soft serve ice cream is probably my favorite ice cream out there so I was really happy!

Wow I’ve been coming here for years and mostly they were on the ball but stopped on thurs and you could have cut the apathy with a knife. I would have fired half the staff right off. No “fast” in this fast food. Waited 5 min. just to get waited on then another 6 or 7 min. To get my order. Not what I was used to. So I’ll be going to the competition from now on.

I wish I could give it more stars, considering how much I eat there. because of the convenience of their order ahead app that is the extent of the good things I can offer. McDonald’s in Moab unfortunately to their account, it is nearly impossible to get good help, sometimes being forced to take the absolute rottenness fruit just to have warm bodies to fill the position sadly .so I don’t hold McDonald’s completely liable for the quality of their service providers considering the source pool that they have to pull from keep up the good work, and I hope it gets better inside for you guys so that it will be better outside for us.

First kicker, half of the regular McDonald’s menu is unavailable. Second kicker, the only McCafe drinks that they serve are iced coffee, frappes, and hot coffee. Third and most important kicker, the individual who took our order insulted our accents. They insinuated that they could not understand what we were saying as we ordered. We are from Alabama. We speak slow, concise, and plain intentionally so you can understand us. If you are unable to understand what someone else -whom may speak differently than you in intonation- is saying, you need to seek somewhere else to work other than a tourist town. I can only guess that the majority of your revenue comes from people who are traveling from various parts of the country and outside of the country. Show respect for others whom may be different than YOU!
