As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I will never order from this place again. It took almost an hour for my order to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. The level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is shocking.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They acted like they didn’t even want to work. It honestly felt like they were upset at me just for placing an order. They were making faces and showing clear frustration, as if customers were a burden. Instead of providing service, they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

On top of that, the cleanliness was terrible. The floors were dirty and full of trash, and it was obvious that no one cares about maintaining a clean environment. This reflects very poorly on the management and

overall standards of the place.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly managed. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered multiple times from this location before and receive great service. However, my last (2) two visit wasn’t pleasant because the service was horrible. Moreover, today I stopped by and they were unloading the trucks , so I was trying to pull and order anyway ;however, the manager told me in a rude way : “ do you see the bucket on the way , don’t try to hit my bucket “ with a nasty attitude of course , I complied and get off the car so I can read the menu and still order .She literally told me off and yelled at me “We’re closed, don’t u see my truck , so I don’t know why you got off your car , “with a condescending tone , I didn’t reply got in my car and drove away ; I felt humiliated as a customer. Finally they lost this customer , I will never order from this location anymore.

I went through drive thru and asked for a Champ combo which is a quarter pound burger with everything on it. I was played a message telling me it was discontinued and was offered what I didn’t ask for instead – a Big Buford which had everything on it but it was a double and I didn’t have the appetite for twice the beef. The other suggestion was a finish line burger which I think is a quarter pound patty but then it has nothing but pickles dried onions and some mystery sauce. I thought about it for a minute and left totally disappointed. I don’t know why these fast food places can’t leave well enough alone. Always looking for ways to make an extra buck by offering new things no one wants and eliminating what we do want.

Terrible customer service, I don’t know if I will ever return again. i’m not the type of person to leave reviews or complain because I’ve worked in customer service. I understand how it is and I’m generally a very nice person, but this situation rubbed me so wrong i’m still thinking about it days later. I placed a mobile order, I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes and got no response even after saying “hello” when I could literally hear her breathing through the mic. Eventually I pulled up to the other speaker and the AI told me to pull forward. The second I pulled up to the window she was standing there with my bag and handed it to me with a nasty look on her face and never said a word. When I called and left a complaint the “manager” aka the same person that gave me bad customer service called to very rudely tell me I was wrong. That I was not there for 15 mins (maybe it was 14 and a half forgive me) and that they don’t have to say anything on the speaker (I had literally got a mobile order there days before and they talked to me on the speaker) I just hung up on her because I wasn’t going to be spoken too so rudely I would rather just never give you my business again. I can understand if I misunderstood the pick up procedure and was supposed to just pull up, but then they should have just explained that to me when I could literally hear her breathing on the other end. I know she hears me saying hello. I know my order is ready because she instantly handed it to me, but she just has such a terrible attitude that it made the whole situation something it didn’t need to be, very disappointing. I hope she gets fired soon so I can start going there again.

this visit was just terrible. The service was extremely slow, even though there weren’t many customers. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The staff didn’t seem to care much — they barely acknowledged me at the window. The drink machine was out of most options too. For the price, I expected at least fresh food and decent customer service. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Just had to delete my good review this is unacceptable why would anyone working with food serve this? I ordered food trusting that it would be handled per the guidelines of food safety there’s a whole wad of gum in my sealed door dash bag the meat in the burgers are old and cold ain’t no way in hell am I gonna let careless folks poison me and my daughter. Truly disgusting.

Ordered Chicken burger, but received something (not chicken, it is in brown color maybe if they use beef it must be beef, but definitely not a chicken ) infact i ordered pick two mix and match ,one is chicken and the other one is not).

I ordered food from Uber Eats at 2:30am, YALL CLOSE AT 4AM. It should be no reason why I had to have two drivers come and constantly complain and say that y’all don’t want to make the order and that y’all are taking super long. I’m sitting up here hungry waiting for my food back to back and couldn’t even get it to the point where the store ended up closing in the Uber Eats DRIVER just told me cancel my order and try to get a refund. I will never and I mean never ever order from here ever again this was so unprofessional and the fact that y’all even accepted my order but could not make it just shows how careless y’all are. Next time hire people who actually want to work not just sit up there and take space. Mind you my order was only the chicken sandwich meal. Now it’s too late for me to order anything else. This place is so so horrible.

Its INSANE. That I make an order using the app and my pick up time was 4:50pm it is now 5:21 pm and I just left there. It SHOULD not be that way. I got my food and had to wait an extra 10 minutes to even get my drinks. The 1st girl who came to the window and asked what my drinks were was wearing a sleeveless shirt DEFINITELY NOT uniform. She went in and started handling the other window as I am STILL waiting on the drinks while my food is probably already cold. 5 minutes or so after a guy came to the window and asks AGAIN what were my drinks. FINALLY I was given my drinks from the girl in the sleevless shirt.
As a fast food employee myself this is UNACCEPTABLE. This location MUST do better!
