They are never open when they say they are. It says they are open 24 hours but EVERY time I go here late at night they say they are currently closed. Hours need to be actually updated with the times they are closed. Their fries are always cold You will have better luck at Wendy’s across the street or del taco service is better there. Will not be coming to this location anymore. If I could I would give ZERO stars

Tonight I was extremely tired and just wanted something quick to eat before going home. I was craving McDonald’s fries and a hot n spicy. I try to avoid this location, but it’s on my way home. Per usual there is a long line of cars, but it’s not a problem becuse it doesn’t take that long. I ended up ordering the hot n spicy with the chicken tender meal just to try it out and some nuggets. I asked for extra honey mustard and made sure at the end I said EXTRA honey mustard…..
I got 1 chili sauce. 🙂 …………… Why am I surprised?
The fries were cold. The tenders and nuggets tasted as if they were made by mistake and left under the heater waiting to be ordered. The hot n spicy was old. I got 1 sauce that I didn’t order, but was charged for extra sauces that I requested.. my whole order other than the Sprite was messed up … Like c’mon.
Why didn’t I check the bag before I got home? I was in a hurry to get home to eat, relax and go to bed..
I’m not going to drive all the way back for sauces…

Skip out on this location and drive to the next one. They forgot some of our items, we paid for extra fudge on a sundae and didn’t even get the regular amount (looked like their fudge was almost out and they didn’t want to change it), on top of that some of the burgers only had a half piece of cheese on one side. Workers weren’t very friendly either, which would be forgivable if I was getting what I ordered.

Im getting pretty tired of getting charged for condiments that I am not receiving. Then when I stop asking for it at the drive thru and ask for it at the window because thats the only way i can make sure i get them I get criticized for that because us customers are supposed to ask at the drive thru and that it holds up the line. So essentially im getting criticized because employees cant do their jobs properly. This is ridiculous and management needs to do better with training employees on making sure customers get what they paid for.

Went through the drive through and despite being first in drive through line they took a whopping 3 cars ahead of us keeping us in the line, low-key crazy. I get patience is a virtue but when you’re hungry after work you don’t have the patience to watch 3 cars in the other lane get their order taken after showing up after you. We placed a mobile order for 2 ice cream cones and waited over 30 minutes and nobody ever came out. But they serviced all the cars in the mobile spots around us. If ur ice cream machine isn’t working come out and tell us that instead of making us waste our time.

I honestly stopped going here and I figured. Let me stop in this morning and see if the customer service has changed and if they can actually get the order correct I got two large caramel iced coffees two sausage McMuffins two sausage Mc griddles one of the extra large coffees were supposed to have extra caramel extra ice, which I paid the $.45 for which I understand is only $.45 But at the same token I feel like customer service is key when you work in a restaurant, fast food industry just have a better day and try and do better

I placed a breakfast order around 10:40 and my husband went to go get it. He got there around 10:50 and got to the speaker at 11. He told the person the code and she said, ” Okay everything looks good just go to the first window.” It turns out, everything wasn’t freaking good. When my husband got to the first window, a lady told him that she canceled our order because they ran out of McGriddles yet McGriddles were not the only thing in my order. I had ordered breakfast burritos and McMuffins as well. Yet when I called that location, a manager said that the order would automatically be canceled when it hits 11 a.m. Our order should not have been canceled just because my husband did not get to the speaker or window before 11 due to the line and people in front of him. He wasn’t even told that at the speaker, he was told it was canceled at the window which isn’t right. I get that the person who spoke at the speaker did not know since it seemed to be somebody else that told my husband at the window, but the whole order should not have been canceled just because they ran out of McGriddles.
