I ordered fish with extra tartar sauce in hopes that it would be fresh and hot. It was cold and stale, so were the French fries. I would rather drive to Logan for fast food than go here again. I used to like their breakfast and the last time the eggs were like rubber. They are not close to the quality of other stores.

I like to leave good reviews, but today was different. I was in a great mood, just got out of a great interview. But as I approached the drive thru to celebrate. I was greeted by a very grumpy employee, as I tried to thank them for their service they ignored me and interrupted me half way through. Last time I’ll try to make someones day better at McDonald’s. I went to McDonald’s in Smithfield Utah today at about 8:00 P.M on August 12th. First: When I received my food they had piled three meals, and an extra sandwich inside one of their big bags. My experience with McDonald’s (in general) is that they do this all the time. I don’t like it. I’d like to be able to get to my meal fast and quickly if I’m on the road and I am unable to do that if all the meals/food end up in one bag. Second: when I got home to eat my food the fries were dead. They were probably sitting there at least five to ten minutes after their timer for new fries to be put down went off. All of the fries were dead. Third: after eating three bites of my double quarter sandwich, I noticed, one the third bite that one of my patties wasn’t just raw in the middle but also still cold.

Very friendly staff and the food was freshly cooked. I go here as my main McDonald’s because I know they have consistently good food and haven’t gotten my order wrong. The shakes never seem fully mixed anymore but it doesn’t really bother me.
