The staff there are all so sweet! The food is usually always very good! There are a few employees that always remember who I am and are very kind! There is a younger male manager there in the evening that is awesome also! The only thing is 1 out of 3 times my DIET coke is a mystery pop . I don’t let that stop me from going they overall are all great there!

Very pleased with the gal who told me how the new monopoly pieces work. She was kind.

Fries were so salty they were inedible. I had to throw them away. Nuggets were old tasting. Received one wrong sauce. I took away a star. Hopefully next time the food isn’t so bad. Shake was good; they followed instructions of no whipped cream.

Hi, I visit this location regularly and usually have good experiences. This morning the tone over the drive-thru intercom felt rushed and abrupt. I understand everyone can be busy, but being asked “Is that all?” repeatedly came across as impatient. When I asked for the employee’s name at the window, I was met with “Are you okay?” By a woman named Heidi , which felt dismissive & rushed me a little on intercom.

I’m not upset, I just want to offer feedback. A warm tone goes a long way, even during busy times. I come here often and just wanted to share this so communication can improve. Thank you.

I was having a bad day, and this made it so much worse. To whoever was working during this shift and made my Big Mac on October 28, around 6:30 PM, this was ridiculous and mean.

I understand I customized my burger but it does not mean you ruin my burger out of spite. I know it’s just McDonalds but this is super uncalled for. My burger was not eatable and as you can see from the pictures, my burger was absolutely drenched with onions in each layer and sauce. In addition to that, my bun was also ripped in half. If you don’t like your job, please quit rather than purposely bringing others down.

Was charged for double cheeseburgers, received singles. Not the first time. Sodas taste like they are running light on syrup. Service was very friendly.

The Smithfield location used to be the only one I’d go to. They’ve really gone downhill in these last few years. Burnt items, drinks half full, charging for sauce that you don’t receive, etc. I have better luck at the Logan location now. Even then, it’s just not worth the prices for the items you get.

I asked for ranch and they told me it was in the bag (it was not) I tried to explain to them that I didn’t get any. They gave me the wrong drink so they said to pull forward and they would get me ranch and my drink. I waited out there for 25m and eventually just drove away because I had to get back to work.

I was shocked when the manager was yelling at the crew very rude multiple times I’ve been there then once I was on an emergency call they got mad at me because I was talking to somebody but it was an emergency after my order was taken then I said well I can leave after they got mad at me and they said what are you white I pulled off and left I don’t think I needed to be treated racist of my skin color after that I won’t be returning very hurtful I think you guys need to retrain your crew managers how to treat their employees and before that I used to have a good experience not anymore and I won’t be returning so it doesn’t matter

Everytime I order on the app this McDonald’s messes up my order, they don’t do the right sandwich or the don’t give me all the items I paid for. It’s happened a bunch of times now. So here’s a bad review for bad customer service.
