We ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, they gave us a plain chicken sandwich. We ordered 2 med fries which were barely filled, not even halfway. We ordered extra fries with a kids meal, they gave us apple slices. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to get ripped of and, essentially, stolen from.

Went in ~7pm. Restaurant is empty but there are ~10 employees. After waiting a few minutes to be recognized, I was told to use the kiosk. Okay, I guess. But then the kiosk requires you to scan a “table tent” to complete your order. I don’t know what that means and I can’t figure it out myself. So I go to the counter. In the 12 minutes I stood there, I said “excuse me” in four different languages a dozen times. Finally, someone comes to help me. He says I should have just entered a random number because they don’t have table tents anymore. How am I supposed to know that? Meanwhile, the restaurant is still empty and employees are playing on their phones. I got an M&M McFlurry, which was way smaller than I remember them being. The M&Ms weren’t mixed in at all.

They left items out of the order, forgot the receipt, and then when we returned to pick up the forgotten item, there was no apology or even a smile. It was thrown in a bag and just handed to us. The manager didn’t even apologize or smile.

This restaurant was filthy. Food all over the tables, napkins and straws all over the floor. I wanted to order my hamburger without some items, could not get anyone to understand what I was asking, so I just got a big Mac. Will not be back.

My wife and I went through the drive through and we ordered a filet-o-fish with 2pattys instead of one with extra tater sauce and two double cheeseburgers with no onions and no pickles we pay and we park for our lunch and they put 2 fish patty’s in a nugget box and the double cheeseburgers had nothing on it but the Pattie’s so we went through again and told them about it but they told us we were wrong and refused to help us then I think the manager said that they will remake the double cheeseburgers but when we got them again it was the same sandwiches but with a squirt of ketchup no double patty or anything if you’re hungry and want McDonald’s go to a different one don’t waste money or time here
