25 years since I had a steak sandwhich from Del Rancho. I wanted to enjoy a local favorite. I came from out of state with high hopes. This was an experience.
As a walk-in, the lobby had been taken over by the staff. They had their belongings in the seat and seemed to be lounging around. By the appearance of the lobby, I was slowly losing my confidence in the service.
Not suprised however, I will let the photos of this sandwich be your guide. I could not find steak in my sandwich. It was an over fried crispy disk, with a sad tomato thrown to the side.
Spoke with a manger within the hour of purchase and was told to see them in the morning at opening. Called the store and no manger was there.
Now I know why this location is not serving the community. This location is surrounded by working class people. $12 for crunch disk is not a value to the area.

Surprisingly good, the food quality was amazing, and the staff was very friendly.
The dining area is small however efficient.
This was our first time visiting and definitely would recommend this location. Everything was prepared fresh, chicken fried steak was the winner.

So me my husband and our son went here Friday night to get dinner. We spent $40 plus gave the car hop a $6 tip and we were missing 2 items, our salad and onion rings. So we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our missing items after already waiting almost 40 minutes to receive our food in the 1st place. The food was cold and just not good. I was very disappointed. We will not be eating here again (also spent $6 on onion rings and it only had 3!!!)

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never had loaded fries like this !!!! A special thank you to the cooks on duty around 3pm on this now ,lovely Friday!! I never understood the saying ” make you Wana slap ya momma” until today ! I highly recommend these fries and this location.

We stopped by on our trip and it was a drive in/dine in. The tables inside were not cleaned off with food crumbs/etc on them. The service was not good. We got up and got silverware, napkins, etc ourselves and we had to wave someone down to order for dressing, etc. But the food was delicious! And there was so much if it. Would eat al Del Rancho again just maybe another location with better service.

I hate to say this but this time yall missed the mark…10 bucks for a burger that I could only eat 3 bites before I threw it away…the patty itself was dry…and I mean dry….it was the worst I have had in a long time. Yall started out real strong but I dont know what has happened in the last 6 to 10 months but something has changed and it shows in the food.

After a long day at work I wanted to eat here which normally I love their food and their service is always been really nice but last night I guess because they was closing they messed my food up and whenever I got off work tonight I decided to call and complain just to have the manager Miss Natalie tell me that I was lying about my food being messed up I called because it was a situation that needed to be addressed when you spend a 40 or $50 at a restaurant with the money that you have worked for you want at least for your food to be correct being a manager it was a simple fix it’s not like I did not have my receipt because I most certainly did and called as soon as I got off of work just to have her tell me there is nothing she can do about it it’s kind of disappointing to know that somewhere where I enjoy eating messes up my meal the first time and I complain for the first time and can I get treated as if I was looking for a handout when I spend 20 to $40 every 2 to 3 days and I get treated as if I was calling to get free food this is not the kind of place I want to support and spend my hard earned. cash on very disappointed and I won’t be going back do not recommend this place play my money to a place does not like to take ownership when they mess up just say that you messed my food up you could have made it right but you chose to be rude and disrespectful I give this restaurant a thumbs down semes like a bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing. ✍️
