Mobile ordered for curbside. App said they would be out in a few moments to spot 1. The app knows your there when you pull up now so you don’t even put in a number. After 15 minutes I walked in and the manager said he was looking for me. Totally b.s. and that was why I’m leaving this review. I know everyone makes mistakes but don’t lie to me about forgetting my order.

What is the point of having a drive through when frequently 5 cars are instructed to park and have their food run out to them? This location is really quick to take your order and your money and then they will leisurely walk a bunch of orders to cars and ask what you ordered. At least at other fast food establishments take a name, give an order number or take note of make and color of the vehicle. I have tried to give this location multiple chances and each time I leave the drive through parking lot upset. If you want good service, your food in a timely manner…This location is NOT a good option.

This McDonalds used to be one of our favorites. The past five times we have gone, our experiences left us feeling gross and unwelcome. Our orders have been wrong each time and they are unkind when you ask them to fix it. We had to ask someone to wipe down a table for us to sit at because every table in the place was filthy and sticky (we are not germaphobes, it takes a lot for us to ask). They consistently are giving out cold food, no sauces that were ordered, Diet Coke instead of Coke. I will be greatly reconsidering where I go for McDonald’s in the future.

I will keep the details simple. 20 chicken nuggets were served completely raw and management did nothing about it. They looked normal on the outside and that was good enough for them. They offered “a couple free sandwiches instead” as compensation, which I declined, and was given $5 back on my $26 dollar order. The photos show how they looked perfectly fine on the outside. Use caution at this location is my only advice.

Look, I’m not saying I expect Michelin-starred cuisine from McDonald’s… but I do expect my McChicken to taste like it was made this week.
The food is warm… but emotionally, it’s cold.
It genuinely feels like there’s one lonely guy back there who cooks everything at 6am, and then it all just hangs out under a heat lamp, contemplating its existence. By the time I get my meal, it’s like eating the memory of what food used to be.
Still… will I go back? Yes. Will I regret it? Also yes. But it’s a McCycle I can’t escape.
Lastly, You ever eat something and immediately want to fight yourself? Yeah.

This McDonalds is fine. It’s occasionally on my way. The drive thru is lightning fast, but fluctuates friendliness-wise from employee to employee. I’ve had better McDonald’s food (less overcooked fries for example) but it’s fine. The inside is sometimes a tad chaotic and messy, but it’s big enough that one can typically find a quiet corner to work or a place to play with kids. Not wow but it works.

People used to go to McDonalds to get food that’s fast and cheap. My food was expensive, took a long time to receive it, and they made 5 mistakes on a very small order. The fries were ALMOST warm, they got the burger wrong, gave me a smaller order of nuggets than I paid for, wrong sauce with the nuggets, and no ketchup or mayo like I asked for. They forgot which order was mine, then tried to fix it and still got it wrong. I had to leave without fixing it because the delay was making me late for work. I’m running out of reasons to go McDonalds.
