NOT LGBT FRIENDLY!

I usually don’t have strong feelings about this location. It’s often not very clean, but my food is generally fine.

Today, 12/15/25 around 12:30 PM, I witnessed something that really crossed a line. A woman who appeared to be a manager, she was directing staff and handling orders, was speaking to coworkers in Arabic while preparing food. There was a DoorDash driver waiting for an order who appeared to be transgender. The manager kept giving them hostile looks. Once the driver walked away, she began mocking the person’s appearance to her coworkers in Arabic.

I speak Arabic, so I understood exactly what was being said. I told her in Arabic to stop and that it was unkind. After I received my food, I calmly addressed her in English. I told her I was not angry, but that she should be more respectful toward people regardless of how they look or choose to live, especially since you never know what someone else is dealing with.

Her response was, “I don’t care, I hate those people.”

I told her that I believe all people deserve respect and that I didn’t think her behavior was right. She replied, “That’s your opinion.”

What prompted me to leave this review is not just the initial behavior, but the fact that she doubled down on it. If she had shown any remorse, neutrality, or even professionalism, I would have let it go. Instead, she openly stated that she hates a customer group.

As a customer, and as someone who understands how businesses should treat people, I find that completely unacceptable. No one should be mocked or hated by staff while simply trying to do their job or pick up food. I would not want employees representing my business this way.

My nephew wanted to go to this particular McDonald’s because it had the big glass window. Actually it was very quiet while we were there. The person that took our order was very nice and helped us find a coupon on my app. They do not have the ordering kiosks. They actually have a person to help you take your order

am beyond disgusted with the service at this location. I attempted to use a code from the McDonald’s app, which wouldn’t process. When I politely asked the drive-thru attendant if I could pull up to the window to show her the code, the situation turned verbal.
The woman on the headset—who identified herself as Sarah, the manager—literally screamed at the top of her lungs for me to “get out of her drive-thru.” I remained calm and asked for her name and her General Manager’s name (Sue), yet Sarah continued her unhinged, aggressive outburst.
It is pathetic that an adult in a leadership position thinks it is acceptable to scream at a polite customer. You are in the service industry; if you can’t handle a simple question about an app code without losing your mind, you shouldn’t be working there. This was an embarrassing display of “leadership.”
I expect a follow-up from the General Manager or the franchise owner immediately regarding Sarah’s conduct. I will not be returning until this is addressed.

I’m deeply disappointed with how this store treated my mother after 33 years of dedicated service. On her final day, there was no acknowledgement, no thank-you, not even a simple card. After such a long and loyal career, she deserved far better. It felt like her departure was met with resentment rather than appreciation. A little kindess and gratitude can go a long way. Especially toward those who’ve given so much of themselves to a company.

I don’t know what’s been happening lately but we have ordered from this McDonald’s for years and lately the quality and the staff and the service and everything is gone completely downhill. I just got a frappe with no whip that had zero caramel when I asked for the caramel was he said why did you pay extra for it on the side?

Was here on 11/27/25 at 10:49am, the manager and crew were all friendly and polite and they had to make the food fresh and it was done in seconds and it was very delicious. Thank you all for making the time to be there on a holiday.
