Unkind workers. Didn’t give us our full order so we went to get what they missed. We ordered a large but gave us a medium. Didn’t give us condiments. Soda was flat and watery. The spaces were dirty. Messy table and seats. Expensive for what we ordered and wasn’t a great experience.

McDonald’s service and quality has decreased greatly… there is no need to pull cars forward in the drive through just to make 8 us of wait for our food. We will all be waiting regardless. Either they need to hire more staff or that’s just it, you guys need to hire come staff or competent staff. Been waiting 25+ minutes for two 20piece mcnugget and fries. The food was great! Its what I would expect eating at a fast food restaurant but the service was non existent. We ordered on line was no one wanted to take our order!! We waited for 20 mins for our food just to find it on the counter getting cold. No one called our number to let is know it was ready! The dining room was not clean! They should turn into drive thru only if they dont want to keep up the maintenance on the dining room!

I can’t give them stars it’s a disgrace. The new owners honestly don’t care for anything they don’t care about this store at all! When it takes 40 minutes to get two hot and spicys and 3 Big Macs. I watched as everyone to talk with their friends and clear everything off the screens while it sits in the hot case getting old. None of the managers cares to want to help the customers getting someone’s attention is such crap my spicys looks like they have sat in the tray for hours they were limp, and so dark with smashed buns It’s so bad when you can’t eat it. I will absolutely not be coming here again which is horrible because my kids like to play on the playground. Any other place in town is far better.

We got a Hot and Spicy and it was burnt and unedible. We showed them and while they were making it in the back, the guy said “I already made him a Hot and Spicy” When we got the next Hot and Spicy, it was burnt again. Not very happy, won’t be going back for a long time.

On the quarter pounder more than half the cheese was on the outside of the burger and burger was not fully cooked. Had ordered fries cooked to order and all they did was take stale fries from the warmer and recook them.

Genuinely one of the worst wait times in the Uintah Basin. We ordered our food and waited an hour for it to be brought out, only to find out that they gave our order to someone else. They remade it and we waited a half hour for it again.
