Today was the best experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They assisted in giving me ketchup cups for my kids and cleaning up my tray and the end of our time there. The play area was clean and well taken care of. I’ve been to quite a few McDonald’s in my life and this was an awesome experience. Thank you all for the best place for a play date lunch.

Awesome play area! Three levels and two slides! “Best one yet” says my 8 year old son. We have been going to a new McDonald’s for the last few weeks so ‘best one yet’ means “out of the 5 we have been to in the SLC area this one is the best.”

3 McDoubles and a large fry with two drinks. I gave two stars due to full drinks and nice employees.The 3 McDoubles were stale and barely warm. Definitely not fresh. Same with the fries they were warm from the heater but the actual fry was crunchy in a bad way and WAY over salted. To rub more salt to the wound I was the only one in the drive thru. I’ve had better at other locations!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered that $9 app meal and a couple sandwiches, right? They only gave me my nuggets. The line was way too long to go back through, so I went inside. I’m standing there for like 12 minutes, and everyone is literally just staring at me — not one person asked if I needed help.
Finally this guy comes up, and I’m trying to explain what happened since the cashier didn’t give me a receipt. I tell him I got the $9 meal deal and he goes, “We don’t have that meal.” I said they do on the app, and before I can even finish talking, he looks at another worker and, WITH ME STANDING THERE, goes:
“Am I not speaking clear enough English for this girl? Am I not speaking plain as day? She still can’t understand anything.”
Like??? I wasn’t even being rude. I told him that was unnecessary and asked for his GM’s info because that is not how you talk to a customer.
He tells me to come back tomorrow to talk to the GM and that he has the right to refuse service… after they already took my money. Then he just walks off while the other employees are laughing and ignoring me.
I sat there another 15 minutes. Other customers were coming in missing items too,
Eventually he comes back and suddenly wants to “try again” and be nice, but at that point I was just done. I finally got my food, but seriously… I’ve never been treated like that before. And he looked like a supervisor — black pants, black collared shirt.
I’m never going back there again. That whole experience was insane.

This review is specifically for the crew that operates this place during the late-night hours. The crew are superb. The women who take your order are friendly and professional. And the food I always order is always fresh and tasty. Despite being a transitional kind of job, I hope the crew continues to work there, and are given raises.

I got a classic cheeseburger shareable meal. It comes with two cheese burgers two medium fries and 20 piece McNugget. I did not get my 20 piece McNugget and I door dashed. At a point it’s not a third party problem. It said it on the receipt. Do better also I got a mcchicken not a spicy mcchicken and it came wrapped in a mcchicken wrapper.

I live right next to this McDonald’s, so I’ve been there at least a couple dozen times. I don’t think I can remember a single time I wasn’t disappointed in the food or the service. The staff are nice enough, but every single order has something wrong with it. 100% blame the management as this is too many times to be on an individual employee basis. Rework your store.

Even though I went through the drive thru, I got the best service from Jordan! Smiled and was very caring and professional, really cares about me as a customer and I’m glad to see this McDonald’s stepped up it’s game from before. Keep up the great work Jordan! 5 stars today!
