The worst McDonalds ever
They had us for 20 minutes waiting for our food in the drivethru… when the food finally arrived, the order was wrong… they gave us our food and extra burgers and fries that we didn’t ask for… Sadly we realize that when we were akready i n the freeway and we dont eat meat, only fish

I ordered through the app for curbside service. Upon arriving I waited 20 minutes before I received my food. When I got home I noticed that at least half of the food was missing. I sent one my kids back to pick up what was missing. The manager said that the order was correct but that they would replace only 1 of the 4 missing items. When my child called me about this I called the store. The manager was rude, alluded to me being a liar and gave me 2 more of the items I ordered before rudely hanging up on me without fulfilling the rest of my order. Stay as far away from this restaurant as possible. If you’re set on McDonald’s go to the one down the street and save yourself the rage that might be coming your way.

Cashier was very polite and positive attitude and she was hustling around doing multiple jobs. Food was good and we enjoyed our breakfast there.

I have lived in Bountiful for 3 months now and have visited this location five times. This is hands down the most disgusting dinning area, with broken and overflowing garbages, broken kiosks, FILTHY RESTROOMS, crowded parking lot with poor entry and exits, ridiculous wait times any time of day, etc. Worst of all… they have NEVER…not once out of 5 visits, get a number 9 with no onion and extra pickles correct.
Poor English speaking crew sure, but why not train them to care, even a little.
Menial service positions like this constantly whine and cry they want more money, but they cannot provide better service. So owners increase wages and the price of service goes up extending their burden of increased wages to the customer.
AVOID THIS LOCATION entirely. There are three more within 5 MI. The 3.3 Stars on Google is way too high. They don’t deserve that!

The customer service is horrible, the food was stale and cold, I would not reccomend coming here at all. The employee cleaning in the Play area walked up to me at my table and called me smelly and stinky, I was horrified as I wasn’t even close to her and i did not smell at all so I went to the manager Leslie and she said it was a misunderstanding she stated it was because her employee doesnt speak English. I have never been so horrified and disrespected in my life. I will never come to this location to dine in or drive thru ever again.

Spent over $50 on food. More than half the order was missing, asked for it to be fulfilled and was told no, asked for a manager who argued with us for 10 minutes, told us she would not fulfill the order then walked away. Refused to give us her name so we could call corporate on her. Will NEVER return.

Came in today and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, I asked to have mustard, ketchup and onions taken off and add big Mac sauce and lettuce basically just make the quarter pounder Big Mac style .
Well this is what I got a Slob of a sandwich and my fries were supposed to be large and they weren’t even close. I don’t understand how thee people at these places want 20 dollars or more an hour more than what CNA ‘s make to give an example but yet they cannot follow simple instructions unbelievable. Hopefully you will experience better service on your visit.

To whom it may concern

I live close to this location so I visited quite often. I’ve had several great experiences here normally is a great restaurant. The problem with this restaurant is I order extra sauces always and I very rarely get them and today when I got my food the bun on the hamburger was hard like it had been sitting out. The fries were cold and not salted. Chicken nuggets tasted old the hamburger that was supposed to have white lettuce, extra ketchup extra mayonnaise, and mustard had very little mustard very little ketchup and very little mayonnaise. Couldn’t even taste it or see it through all the lettuce they put on. Whenever I come through, I always order the half lemonade with half sweet tea normally comes out pretty tasty and good. However, today I got my drink with 99% lemonade and one percent sweet tea does not taste correct I don’t know whether they ran out and forgot to make more sweet tea or what was going on But definitely seem like shift manager on duty today. September 20, 2025 at 4:30 PM has dropped the ball and is not making sure the food is fresh hold times are not being followd. I am leaving this review in hopes to help this McDonald’s improve on their service and train their management
