Food was fresh and staff were so friendly. We had a rather large order and they still got us in and out quickly. They are finding their groove quickly. Nice to see actual customer service with smiling faces…not all that common anymore.

Lady that took my order seemed upset I was even there. She proceeded to drop my change, then short change me $2. She told me the wrong spot to park and gave me attitude like it was my fault.When I looked in my bag the large fries were only half filled. Not off to a great start!

The staff are inexperienced. The manager had a fan club and a girl who was crushing on him. So when I asked for my money back, after waiting for 25 minutes when I ordered ahead of time on the app; 9 sandwiches and 8 hash browns,, they forgot the hashbrowns so I wasnt willing to wait for new hashbrowns to be dropped. The manager was able to produce the missing order without a wait so that was good. He still acted like it was my fault and walked off, actually i think he believed i wasnt being truthful about paying for 8 hashbrowns because he said it was 2. The pick me girl in the corner rolled her eyes at me for complaining or maybe it was because I was dressed in clothes that should only be worn in a drive thru. Either way the experience was entertaining. Ultimately the food was good. The new equipment doesn’t make the food any better than Seltice, so dont bother with this location with that in mind. Here is the proof that I am not a hashbrown thief.

Shout out to the night crew on 3/11/26 at 3:20am! I honestly don’t know how they can have so much energy at 3am but it was a very welcome way to wake up, wonderful customer service! A additional shout out to the nice lady that made my frap you are amazing!

Why when I ordered two fish o filets they ripped ONE peice of cheese in half and put a smaller peice on each sandwich? I asked what it came with at drive through box and the guy explained “a peice of cheese” NOT HALF A PEICE! This sandwich alone is more than $6 Honestly I’m pissed because while they are always kind people that work at this location if I’m personally paying for the sandwich why would they go and be so shitty about the sliced cheese? I want to taste cheese with the sandwich. With these I didn’t because the serving size of cheese was so small compared to the bun….Do better McDonald’s!
