This was my first time in a Chick-fil-A. Staff was amazingly courteous and friendly. Food was great. Very clean location. All while extremely packed. Did not feel rushed or uncomfortable, which is appreciated in a fast food spot.

They don’t take gift cards, there’s a limited menu, and the hours and address on Google Maps are always wrong, but this is otherwise the same Chick-fil-A you know and love. Along with all of campus. Even before COVID, Grubhub is the only decent way to order from here.

Bad service. I use GrubHub to avoid lines. They have a line for GrubHub that takes longer than the regular line… Also, they don’t have your order ready when they say they do on the GrubHub app. After waiting in line and finally being helped, I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make my food they said would be ready 20 minutes earlier. Never eating at this location again.

This Chick-fil-A is in COUCH. They serve original chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, & fries. They have dipping sauces. No lettuce, tomato, etc. on the sandwiches. But you could get some elsewhere in COUCH. Flavor & portions are average.

This Chic-fil-A is in Couch Cafeteria. The food here is included in your cafeteria purchase. The menu is limited to the grilled or regular sandwich, nuggets, and waffle fries. You just walk up and tell them what you want. Very little waiting if any.

I use to dislike Chick-fil-A. I hadn’t eaten at the restaurant in a long time. My mother in law brought me a chicken sandwich from there. Best damn chicken sandwich I’ve had.
