I get breakfast from McDonald’s three days a week. Its mostly breakfast burritos. The last three times I have ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes, they have forgotten the hot cakes. Its only the Vista location in Boise, id that always forgets the hot cakes. Otherwise there is good. Im tired of the orders being messed up in a row. Thank you.

Asking for a remake pisses them off.. Its pretty valid when your sandwich has sauce, onions and pickles everywhere all over the top and bottom of the buns and inside of the bag when you asked for light sauce is pretty mediocre and it was built with 2 meat patties without cheese in between each other on a triple cheese.. Said hey sorry for having you remake it and this little girl just stares at me and doesn’t say anything like okay sorry I paid for my sandwich and I expect to get mine and your moneys worth for why your even there working for $15 an hour making sloppy sandwiches and having a garbage attitude for your own mistake. Do it right the first time and nobody will be mad about anything. Its that simple. Entitled much?

The wait time here is diabolical compared to the other McDonalds. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive through is just insane. Would’ve probably been quicker actually parking my car and going inside to order. I believe they have like to many trainees here currently. Has to be something along the lines of that.

Everything at McDonald’s is the same everywhere. I recently visited a McDonald’s restaurant and overall, I had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The food was exactly what I expected from McDonald’s – fast and tasty. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the atmosphere felt a bit overwhelming. The bright lights, and bustling crowds made it feel like an Eldridge hellscape at times. However, if you’re looking for a quick and convenient meal, this McDonald’s location is a solid choice.

Restroom was bad, I had to take my little one to get them changed but their changing station was not even leveled i had to hold it up with one leg so they would not fall. And there was not even a trash can in there??? Very inconvenient for me and little one.

I’m not typically the type of person to do this, but here I am. I went to get a simple order tonight, and had a code with me for points. I’m not sure if it was a rough night, but first of all the speaker I spoke into I could barely hear the kid, but he was just very rude to me and short. When I got to the window he had no customer service skills, not a kind person. I get it. I worked late nights at a McDonald’s for 5 ish years but come on it is a small encounter at least have some manners and try to be kind speaking. When I got to the window as well, he went right back to scrolling on social media or watching videos or something. Idk. Just wish I would have gotten some more respectful service.

I’ve ordered I don’t know how many times. Maybe close to the hundreds. I have a VERY SIMPLE ORDER YET STILL EVERYTIME WITHOUT FAIL THEY MESS IT UP. Not one SINGLE TIME have they EVER Gaven me the straws OR the sauce I order. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. JUST READ THE DAMN RECEIPT

Ordered through the drive thru around 10 am on Friday morning. First window, I had to tell the girl she gave me $2 less in change than she should have. 2nd window the poor girl was in tears. Another girl who I assume was a lead or manager of some sort was yelling at her. She asked what we ordered, I told her and one of the items was a bacon and egg biscuit. The manager girl yelled “Did you say no cheese, they come with cheese!” We had to park and wait for them to get our order correct, which was fine. Someone really needs to have a talk with the hateful girl before she runs off all the help and customers.
