The employees were among the most unsanitary people I’ve ever encountered, contributing to an overall unpleasant experience. The guy who brought me my food didn’t say a single word and gave me a look that felt more confrontational than friendly. It’s hard to believe he was part of the management team, considering the lack of professionalism. It’s time for management to reconsider their hiring practices and pay their staff a little more to encourage employees who actually care about their jobs. Given that the average McDonald’s franchise reportedly makes $2.7 million a year, there’s no excuse for such a poor experience. This was, without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s visit I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot given my previous experiences with the chain. And soda machine was disgusting and the coke was nasty as well.
This trip, 01/02/26 we waited at the counter for 10 mins and were never even acknowledged. We walked to the kiosk to place our order and when we received our order all of our drinks were missing.
Come one McDonalds. Do better.
I haven’t been to this location before so it was different walking in. The set up isn’t practical. The register is kinda hidden and there’s a funky wall that prohibits the employees to see customers standing at the register. I did stand at the register for a bit before I had to move in front of food pick up area for someone to see me.
A sweet gal saw me and headed to the register. I’m on the hunt for the new Hello Kitty/Ninja turtle collaboration toys. I asked Chanel what toys they had available. She needed a minute to go look so we patiently waited. She did a minute so I thought maybe she was annoyed for me asking. This sweet girl when through and grabbed all my options. She made sure she grabbed all the ones available for me! I already had 2 of the 4 that they had so I told her I would take the 2.
I got my happy meal ordered and my extra toy. My chicken nuggets were nice and hot. My two things of small fries were perfectly fried. I love me some floppy fries and they were fried that way. My meal was pretty easy and it was what I wanted. I also appreciate that this McDonald’s has their soda machine out for their customers to fill up their own drinks. It’s so convenient to be able to refill your cup without standing there waiting for someone to do it for you.
I appreciate that Chanel went out of her way to show me the happy meal toys they had available. I have been to another McDonald’s and they looked agitated when I asked about their toys. My food was what it was, McDonald’s and it was good. Glad I had such a good experience at this McDonald’s.
