Decent food, almost always warm. Just make sure you check your food before you leave because they can get orders wrong. I keep getting cheese on my burgers when I specifically ask for no cheese.

I would give a 0 star if I could. When I first arrived the general manager was on her phone up front not helping the employees, While I was ordering the she also yelled “What’s going on with counter why isn’t it done”, it wasn’t done because I wasn’t done ordering food. She made me feel very rushed and bad for order the kids their food. Let’s not forget the nastiest look she gave us and the kids. Mind you the kids were literally just standing there being quiet and well behaved. In the middle of us ordering a big group of teenage boys came in and she rolled her eyes at us like it was our fault. The garbage in the play place stunk like literal poop. I’m so disgusted and appalled by the behavior of this stores manager, why she’s a store manager is a mystery and I’m not sure what kind of place they’re running when it comes to this McDonald’s that’s supposed to be a family-friendly environment (I work at the Loves McDonald’s and I continue to go to that one because they are family friendly unlike this one so I do know what McDonald’s is really about and this is not it or the attitude), but what I do know is I’m definitely not coming back to this horrible establishment. I’m sure when the employees see this comment they’ll laugh and that’s ok because at least I’m waring others about the behavior here.

This is the best McDonald’s in town. I am glad they still offer the ability to get your own drink refills. The McDonald’s the got rid of that has lost my business. This location has good service too. Nice festive decorations, but don’t steal them! Haha.

Went through the drive through tonight, ordered food for the kids, wife and I. Wanted to try their new golden sauce they said that they were out of the cups, but could give me a side to try it out. Tony the assistant manager was nothing but absolutely awesome. I haven’t seen that good of customer service in a long time ! As well as the gentleman in the purple shirt, (I didn’t catch his name) asked me how my night was going and wished me a good afternoon with a huge smile on his face. Bravo to this team ! They both need a raise !

Manager sucks at ordering supplies i guess because they’re out of the grinch meals and medium cups. I understand the grinch meals being out but how do you run out of medium cups. 30 minute wait time btw too

I ordered a 10 piece nugget medium meal, first off I got a small drink and was told that it was now their new medium. My fries taste stale with no salt and my nuggets were so dry like they had been sitting out for 20 minutes not fresh at all!

I could not go through the drive through because I was hauling a trailer so I went inside instead. I used the app to order but it took over 15 minutes to get my food and the order person and the manager were not helpful. Yes it was busy but I would have had quicker service in the drive through. I was disappointed because I like McDonald’s!!

I went with my usual order – a Big Mac meal with a Coke and, of course, an extra side of fries because who can resist? Let me tell you, this might have been the best Big Mac I’ve had in years! The special sauce was perfectly tangy, the lettuce was actually crisp (not wilted like at some locations), and the cheese was melted just right. The fries? Absolute perfection – golden brown, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and salted to absolute perfection.

What really impressed me was the service. The cashier, Sarah (I noticed her name tag), was so friendly and even recommended I try the new limited-time dessert they had. I ended up getting an apple pie too, and it was warm, flaky, and delicious – like homemade but better!

The dining area was spotless, with someone constantly wiping down tables. I loved the modern decor with the charging stations at some booths – perfect for when you need to quickly charge your phone while eating.

I know McDonald’s gets a bad rap sometimes, but this location? 10/10. The food was fresh, the staff was wonderful, and the whole experience just put me in a great mood. I’ll definitely be back soon – maybe tomorrow? (Don’t judge me, those fries are calling my name!)

Went through the drive-thru with my wife, ordered 2 cups of oatmeal and as you can see by the picture, they aren’t cooked at all. I opened the lid and thought it was latte because it’s just filled with cold milk, oats aren’t cooked at all. I called just to let them know about it so that the next customer didn’t experience that. I didn’t get the managers name but she was working morning shift on 4/27/2024. I explained that it was soup and not cooked, she just sat there for about 20 seconds until I said “hello”, she replied with “and so?”. Just unreal, I didn’t even want a refund or anything like that but of course it wasn’t offered. Very unprofessional, fast food needs to have a higher level of customer service like it used to.
