My son and I go to this McDonald’s all the time. I love to use the app so I can personalize my meals and it makes ordering and paying for it way easier. Using the app, I can customize the perfect hamburger! The employees at the store are very friendly and helpful. The food comes very, very quickly after ordering. I’m always amazed at how quickly we are in and out of the drive-through. We love this restaurant!

Love McDonalds, always have, but the display of the American flag at McDonalds in Hailey, ID is a disgrace. For a year it has been hanging at 1/2 mast, caught in a tree, and full of mud. Please fix this.

Food is pretty average, same as any other McDonalds. What isn’t the same here is that they don’t give you enough sauces for your food. Busy at work so I was just grabbing a quick bite and I ordered a quarter pounder and some nuggets with a small order of fries. Ordered 4 BBQ sauces total and 6 ketchup packets to go with my food. I enjoy my nuggets with BBQ and my burgers as well so they’re not as dry. Well I open my bag down the road and this is what I got. 1 ketchup packet and 2 BBQ packets. I managed to make the 2 BBQ packets last me for 7 nuggets then the rest I ate dry. And my fries I probably got 1/4 of the way before I started to eat them dry as well. The burger was almost impossible to eat as I started choking on the dry burger and had to stop at Atkinsons to get BBQ sauce and ketchup. My $9 meal was now $15. Time to fix that ordering platform if this has been an issue for over a year now! Charge for the extra sauces I ordered if that’s the case. Check your bags before leaving! Never an issue in Jerome, Twin Falls, Boise, etc.

By far the worst Mc D’s in the great pacific northwest i have ever been to. I live in the valley and have for the last 20+ years. The only reason they get business is the fact they are the only real fast food restaurant in the wood river valley so largely are workforce will tolerate the terrible service and 0% communication skills because it saves time and time is precious.

I don’t usually leave reviews but being called a liar definitely did it for me. I called because they forgot an item in my order when I noticed I called and I got a “Mmm I don’t think so”. Why would I lie? You shouldn’t be called a liar for calling in an issue.
