I ordered Diet Coke through the Drive Thru and they gave me Coke Zero. There is a difference in taste !!! I also asked the young girl at the first window for 2 grape and 2 strawberry jellies. They put two ketchup packets in the bag at the second window. Someone is clearly not paying attention to details here. For what they get paid they should pay more attention. This appears to be an ongoing issue at this restaurant. I had a similar situation 2 years ago. That’s why I don’t ever go to McDonald’s. This lack of paying attention to details is the reason. Do better McDonalds!!

This McDonald’s in particular is a sad joke. You wait 45 minutes in the drive through just to have half or your order misplaced then wait another 30 minutes for them to fix the mistake. Then after all of that you get home and your order is still wrong. I normally don’t complain because I have worked in the food industry and I understand but this place has had issues every time I have went there.

I ordered two burgers, the young gentlemen at the front only submitted an order for one burger, when I specifically asked for TWO. I corrected the young lady at the window who was very sweet, and adjusted my order. Only to get to the next window and be told I had to wait in the parking lot. When they came this young man brought out a bag and practically shoved it in my face. Only to find out I only receive ONE BURGER. Very disappointing, do better

Wonderful manager on staff tonight 6:30! I don’t want to go into to much detail, but he just made a very stressful/frustrating situation non existent. He was very professional, deescalated wonderfully, and just good at his job. Even with all the chaos, lots of praise.

wow the manager was running til. took 1 min or more for him quit talking to his friend. then taking orders he didnt even want to explain how to add points to app. then he starts having power trip over a kid whether he can go break and kept tryin to work the register w problems.. then after little while he kept saying it didnt go thru. finally 4 minutes later I just left an manager was quik to start talking to his friend visiting with a sarcastic have a good day as I leave.

I’m honestly really disappointed with how slow McDonald’s has gotten lately. On multiple occasions — and at both the Yellowstone Highway and 5th Street locations — it consistently takes over half an hour just to get our food. It doesn’t seem to matter whether we use the mobile app, drive-thru, or go inside; the wait times are always long and the service feels disorganized.
When I think of fast food, I think McDonald’s — but lately, they’re anything but fast. It’s frustrating when you expect a quick meal and end up waiting longer than you would at a sit-down restaurant. I really hope they figure out what’s going wrong, because this used to be one of the most reliable spots in town.

I go through this location quite a bit and usually never have a problem. Today, however, I went through the drive through at a little before 2pm, having ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe along with some other food. I got home and realized I had received someone else’s sandwich. I called to let them know and the manager who answered was quite rude and accusatory. No apology for the mistake and they didn’t provide their name when they took my information so I can get a replacement in the near future. They initially said they put me down for the wrong sandwich and when I clarified they replied that they’ll need a receipt (which I have along with the sticker from the other sandwich). Honestly, made me feel guilty for notifying them of their mistake. 2/5 experience at best.

Ordered a hamburger happy meal and the burger was RAW. Took over 20 mins to get our order and there was hardly anyone there. Thankfully none was eaten..I just opened it up because the patty looked funky from the outside. Absolutely disgusting

The person who brought my food was lovely. It wasn’t very busy yet there are crumbs and dead flies all over the floor in the dining area next to the play area. There are also a lot of living flies so that adds to the atmosphere. The bathroom in the play area hasn’t been cleaned in a while, it looks like someone threw up in there.
