I had an incredible experience at K-Pot Korean Barbecue in Ocala! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting—perfect for a night out or a special occasion.
The selection of food is absolutely top-notch! They have a vast inventory of fresh meats, seafood, and produce—both for the grill and the soups. Each bite was bursting with flavor. Just a heads-up: there is a two-hour limit at your table once seated, so plan accordingly. And if you come with a group, everyone will need to get the same meal—no sharing between soup and barbecue options. The soup add-on is just $5.99 per person, so everyone can enjoy it! Also, keep in mind their lunch prices run Monday through Friday, and dinner pricing is all day on the weekends. I can’t recommend this place enough—definitely a must-visit!

We have been to other hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurants but this combines the BEST of both worlds.
We love the buffet style so we can get started right away and pick out all our favorites!

LOVVEED 10/10 service from Brianna! Very patient with us as we were new to eating hot pot, she gave us the full tour making our experience 10x easier and less stressful! Kamren was our server and she was great. This was our first time there and we were completely overwhelmed. She took the time to show the complete raw bar and how everything worked. The food selections were amazing. Cooking the food at the table was a new and unique experience. We did the barbecue and can’t wait to go back and try the K-pot.

We’ve been here several times since KPot opened and tonight’s service was the best by far. Julie V. was such a wonderful server, she was extremely attentive and kept making sure we were good on grill changes, drinks, and broths. She is the first person in all the many, many times we’ve been here that has both suggested a broth and offered to change to a different broth at any time. The broth she suggested was the Thai Tom Yum which ended up being both mine and my husband’s favorite thus far.
Everything is so clean here and it’s set up quite well. It’s buffet style so you can get both whatever and however many meats and veggies you’d like. I love being able to cook the food myself so I’m able to get the steak as rare as I’d like. They also offer a couple desserts, fruits, rice, etc. They have half a bar dedicated to different sauces for you to create the best sauce for your meats. The only con is the price, it is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. I certainly won’t complain because of the quality and it’s all you can eat. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Cool place. SO thankful we went when it was super slow. It was a little overwhelming. I really enjoyed it tho and got to try a bunch of stuff I had never tried before like lotus root, quail eggs, fish cake thingys lol. The Korean BBQ meats were really good and I LOVE mushrooms so the variety of them was extremely nice too.

First time here and it was absolutely amazing
Food is very fresh and very clean atmosphere. Once you get the hang of it it’s actually lots of fun. We’ll definitely be coming back. Our waitress Julie was great as well. She took her time showing how to do everything and gave us a tour. Very sweet as well.
