If i could give it negative stars I would. Ordered double quarter pounder w/o pickles. And everytime it has pickles. Not sure why but have a minute sense of pride in your work. Girl at the windows was extremely rude and slammed the window as I was asking for sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald. I would go to the other side of town.

This place was great!!! Walking in, we were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. This is a very clean McDonald’s, thank you so much to the team who takes care of that! The play place seating area is spacious. My boys really enjoyed playing here. 10/10, I would bring my family here again!

This place was so horrible tonight, my man and I were so hungry… When we received our food it was cold, even after we had asked for a fresh chicken party and fresh French fries with extra salt …. Had to take back out food 2 times, then we have asked for two HOT HOT mocha coffees, guess what? They were cold also, we had to go to the counter 3 times.. This is absolutely not ok, the gals name is Sorryn, and she did not listen and did not make sure her crew was doing what they were suppose to be doing… All we wanted was fresh food and nice hot beverage on a cold night…

Girl with the dirty blonde hair who runs the window sometimes is extremely rude when speaking to customers. I thought maybe she was having a bad day last week, but ordered again with her tonight and again, she was rude with how she was speaking. Anyways, I ordered a $5 McDouble Meal which Includes a 4 piece nugget. I got my meal and went all the way home just to discover that the 4 piece nugget box was filled to the brim with Bic Mac sauce – no nuggets in sight. Didnt kmow we had to double check that our containers actually contain what we order. I would have driven back had I not already had a long day. ***Edited to also add that the few times ive gone here since moving back, i have always ordered a large fry, and the fry box is always hal or less than half full. Stop charging so much if youre not going to fill the box which is what im paying for.***

This was the most poorly run MacDonalds I have been in. The staff were unhelpful, unsure how to fill an order and extremely unprofessional. The staff were all wearing dirty looking and mismatched T-shirts and pants and talking loudly with each about their personal lives rather than focused on preparing orders and serving costumers. The decaf coffee took 10 minutes to be served with no explanation in advance and the regular coffee was lukewarm when it arrived. I complained to the manager and she did nothing to address my complaint or deal with her employees.
