We had an overall positive experience at McDonald’s. When we received our order, the sweet and sour sauce was missing, but after mentioning it to the staff, they immediately resolved the issue and handed us three packets. The team was very friendly and handled the situation quickly, which we really appreciated.
The menu offers the usual variety you’d expect, and the wait time was reasonable. The restaurant had a clean, comfortable atmosphere, and the overall value for the price felt fair for a fast-food stop. Parking was easy and convenient, and there were plenty of payment options available.

I loved this McD location. Clean, new feel, cool decor. Clean bathroom. Workers were great and looked like they were working hard. Fresh, good food. The indoor Playland looked nice for those with kids. Ketchup dispenser by drinks allowed me to get ketchup to my satisfaction in a little cup rather than having to open those tiny packets with greasy fingers.

We stopped here passing through from CO. Speed of service was great & this restaurant is really clean which is nice when you have littles. The play area is also really well kept and was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Burger had a ton of ketchup on it. Fries pretty salty. Window associate wouldn’t say a word or very friendly.

We ordered on the road for a pick up at the restaurant as we are hauling a 22 ft. trailer that is too large fir the drive through. When we got there and parked in their large back parking lot, I walked to the front and stood outside in the cold in slot #2 for pickup. After 20 minutes of waiting my husband and I went inside, they claimed to have never received our order. It had been paid for and we had the receipt for it on our phone app. They still gave us our order, however it seemed that this restaurant even though we’ll staffed was very disorganized.

Food was extremely mediocre. Like I didn’t want to eat it, but I bought it so I felt obligated. The inside feels sterile, unwelcoming and weird as people just stand around randomly.
Also, the parking lot is a joke with how the drive thru is organized and location of parking places. Overpriced, gross food.

This location looks really good in the inside,very modern. The service was ao slow and they didn’t get our orders right or our food. We were already driving off when we noticed our meals were done all wrong and they forgot items. The cashier didn’t know how to work a coupon from the app so we had to wait around forever. The food tasted very off,took a fee bites and got rid of the rest. Such a disappointment

Unfortunately I had no choice but to come back to this McDonalds in Rawlins Wy. Same crap different day. Sat in the drive thru for 10-15mins and skipped twice. Proves its not a fluke just horrible customer service. I dont understand what happen to customer service. It all falls on management. McDonalds needs a serious overhaul of their employees customer service skills…

4 – star McDonald’s – (3.5 star is usually the point where I question if I should eat there or not). Restaurant was fairly clean; service and food were good. Order was delivered accurate. Play place was great for the kids. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future when I’m looking for a McDonald’s.
