Absolutely horrible service at this south really McDonald’s of Andre who says he’s A manager should definitely not be one of the managers at this restaurant this individual is so belligerently rude whipping his hand from side to side and his head from side to side absolutely disgusting behavior for a manager as far as their workers, their workers pay no mind to whoever is ordering. I can’t believe I can’t understand why I have to repeat my order over three times just for them to still get it wrong absolutely embarrassing !!!!!!

The best oil change experience I’ve ever had! They were fast thorough and explained everything to me even brought up something on my vehicle that most would have ignored or not noticed. I highly recommend Take 5 for your oil changes! Wish they had one in Gillette, Wyoming!

I have visited this location twice in the last month. Both times they have incorrectly charged for food. The first time, I asked for four bacon McDoubles. The drive thru charged me for four quarter pounders with bacon added which turned a 3.99 burger into an $8 burger. The second time, I ordered two bacon mcdoubles. The drive thru put it in as McDoubles with bacon added. This caused a 3.99 burger to be charged as a 5.98 burger. There was also hair found in one of the burgers. Upon hearing about this, the manager’s response was not to try and fix the problem with the employees but only do you want your money back. Would not recommend buying here.

I’m not a McDonald’s person but I was driving through and it was late and needed food quickly. This was the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and the burger was way better than typical McDonald’s burgers. Also the girls at the window were very sweet and happy and friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I visited on 9/2/25 @ 0105 pm. I ordered a hello kitty x tmnt happy meal for my kid because she wants to collect all of them. Instead of the hello kitty toy I specifically selected, they gave us an Elio “ambassador quests” toy. Now my kid is upset and crying.

I swear the food is changing and not for the better. It’s McDonald’s in general and not this location. This location and it’s employees are fine, fast and friendly. I think the food is over processed and tastes nothing like it used to.

Ordered 2 ice cream cones which took forever to get! Finally when hey, serve them to me. It was unfrozen milk in a cup with my ice cream cone on top of it and when I asked them what it was they said it was your ice cream cone. The ice cream is too soft to serve. I said I want my money back and they told me I couldn’t get my money back and then as I Was turning around to walk away one of the managers said did she seem pissed

I just went through the drive thru tonight 10/30/25 and i got home and i took a bite of my burger and it was pink. Went back and showed them, they made a new one, and that was pink too. He only refunded me for the sandwich instead of trying to offer more, the girl in drive thru said she would give me something else too to compensate for the mess up. Did not receive that either.

I had never had a problem with this establishment, but today everything was different. I just asked for some things that were missing from my order. The young employee got upset even though he knew it was his mistake and, not satisfied with that, they gave me my things in such an unpleasant way that it seems somewhat unfair to me. I hope they can give their employees better training.
