This restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants in South Pasadena. Especially I love their Spicy Kimchi Ramen. Nowadays they have two lunch combo options and those options are pretty good as well. The staffs are very kind and the inside is clean. I definitely recommend this place!

It’s a cool little spot in South Pasadena. They have a good lists of choices on the menu for you to enjoy. We opted for curry fries, spider sliders, and spicy tuna bowl to share, and I liked the spider sliders the most. As to the ramen, good portion! The broth was surprisingly good, it was rich and flavorful. Chashu was well-cooked, not melt in your mouth but flavor-wise, it was good. Downside? I wish they could give more toppings. All in all, good overall flavors!

Pretty good rice bowl, nothing too special but quick and easy. The pork taco is very delicious

The ramen here is pretty good. We got the regular tonkatsu and a black. Both were very rich and flavorful. Service was good as well. The only issue is there are no bathrooms. I had to use the bathroom at the Bristol farms across the parking lot. It’s not far but, it’s such an inconvenience when a restaurant has no on site bathroom.

I found this restaurant on my way home yesterday when I couldn’t find a place to park in Little Tokyo. I ordered the spicy pork bone noodle soup and it was gone in no time. The eggs inside are very tasty, there are two large pieces of pork, and the soup is also delicious. It’s just too much for girls, I can’t finish it all. The price is still a bit expensive, 20 dollars for a bowl after tip and tax.

Solid ramen spot in South Pasadena, great, attentive, chill service on a storm
of a Sunday, served food nearly after I placed my order, reasonable prices for portions given, generous on your chashu pork & kimchi for kimchi ramen, appreciate they saved me from overeating & just took the small portion of food I wasn’t able to finish. Broth & noodles were warm with good texture on the noodles. Didn’t even ask for a tip, pleasant surprise beyond the meal before I took off. Ambiance is definitely relaxed and they maintain a clean restroom if you need to use it of course. -would give business again

Despite the new decor the tonkatsu black ramen was disappointing as broth was cold, meat was dry and not the same as before. We were the only people dining in a Sunday afternoon. Maybe a new cook or not a manager controlling the quality? Lots of restaurants are going to tough times these days and is hard to find a good place serving good fare at reasonable prices. What seems to be the problem?

Came purely by chance to have some ramen and ended having a great time. Great food and service, food came out quick and hot you can tell they care about getting your hot food to you as soon as it’s done. Tonkatsu ramen was fresh and the broth was 100% made in house. If I’m ever in the area again I will 100% be stopping by again.
