Went in and it was soooo hot! Poor workers, clearly the owner(s) do not care about their employees. They don’t bother getting it fixed. It was much cooler outside and it’s sad to say since it’s been 95+ degree out. I give them props.

The staff are fabulous. I feel so badly for these hard working men and women that they have been working for WEEKS WITHOUT WORKING AIR CONDITIONING !!! Come on, corporate get this store the proper and safe working environment. Cudos to the entire staff at this location.

The outside reader board calculates your meal and adds tax, Then it totals your cost. The management and staff seem to think they need to add another 60 cents more to the total and insist they are correct. Please take a photo of each meal you purchase there and hold them to the board!

Things are usually pretty similar, I mean, it’s McDonald’s. This last visit thru their drive thru for a mobile app pickup, I believe I was exposed to the stomach flu. I don’t know if employees at fast food chains get sick days (I think they don’t). I wish people would stay home when they’re sick. Every employee should have paid sick days no matter your job. I spent 3 painful days very ill, including fever, chills, and muscle aches, along with what we know stomach flu entails. (I hadn’t been out at all for 3 days prior to this pickup) So, by process of elimination, the usual incubation time, etc. (No, this wasn’t food poisoning).

Anytime I come to Montrose, Colorado I have stopped at this McDonalds and been disappointed. This location needs better management as there is always something not available on the menu. As the worlds largest fast food chain, this location is a disaster and I can’t say I’ll stop here anymore.
