Horrible experience. My sister just went there through the drive through for just a medium fry. She paid just as normal and the cashier just called her the B word. And not only that, it’s a medium fry and it wasn’t even half way full. Very unprofessional

The food is decent. It can take time to get food the wait times never seem to bother me but I went yesterday and one of the younger Mexican individuals on the speaker had the mic turned on as he was joking around with coworkers. He was cursing and just very unprofessional. Otherwise, I come fairly often because my autistic son loves the fries. Just wish I could give him a better experience.

I usually never post reviews but I needed to mention the incredible service I received at this McDonald’s!! One of the employees, DJ, went above and beyond to ensure I had an awesome experience. He was outgoing friendly and genuinely cared about, not just me, but every customer he served. He is truly a special kind of employee and if your looking for somewhere to eat in Montrose do yourself a favour and stop by McDonald’s for a hot meal and warm smile!

The staff in this restaurant work very hard and watching them go about their well choreographed routine is interesting

Like most fast food restaurants nowadays, priority seems to be given to drive through and app-based orders, which is a shame, but when the food arrived it was prepared as requested and was tasty

I’m beginning to prefer the McDonalds method of dining out in the US, rather than go through the whole “blindly pay a 20% tip to someone who pressed a few buttons on a register before I’ve even been given my food”

It’s a shame so much interior space has been given over to the noisy kids play area. It would be great to make this more of a chill-out zone with comfortable seating away from the bathrooms

At this point. Not even sure why our town has two Mc.Donalds.

Went through the drive thru this weekend in a rush to get someone out of an emergency. Staff at first window refused to give us our receipt due to technical issues we were asked to move forward to the next window where we were handed a bag of food. When we asked for the receipt (business purposes) we once more were refused and told the employee didn’t know our order we were handed, and we needed to get out of his line as there were people accumulating behind us. Having been told by two employees to come back and being pretty heated that I didn’t receive half of the food paid for while questioning my total amount I paid for in a rush to get out of town myself I determined the best result was to come back and talk with management as soon as I’m back from handling said emergency out of town.
The other party who had been with me during this event came in Monday following to speak with management in regards to the order and issues where she was very Rudely treated, told to give him the receipt that had been refused and even had she brought it with her he wasn’t going to make any of the issue right. Following I was called back and informed once I finish yet another job I needed to head in and speak to the manager myself.

Thankfully. I Caught my interaction on camera with the manager. Victor is what he said his name is? He refused to write corporates contact information, his information or the store information down so I’m unsure if he really is the manager. I hope not as he had black circles under his eyes and was in disarray while coming off very intoxicated. When informed I can get corporates information from previous management of the same establishment he began to yell it out. Victor also pulled the second employee from Saturday where that employee apologized profusely that he was in a rush and did not know the other window did not give me a receipt or the correct food as he didn’t know my order. I let him know that he either came off rude or he was very short with our interaction and it was mistook. Regardless that line of people followed me out of town the where I was headed. The manager then confirmed he wasn’t sorry for his customer service. He has no intention to fix a customers complaint, he wasn’t sorry or willing to retrieve the receipt or reviewing cameras per customer complaint. He wasn’t willing to give me his information or the stores and that he genuinely doesn’t care how small our community really is and that he was disregarding all of the complaints even had we brought in our receipt that day.
At this point this interactions told me to check I’m being charged correctly, don’t go through the convince of the drive through in a rush because you’ll have to go in the store to get proof of purchase after you drive through, and just expect shitty service when you come into this establishment and your order to be incorrect. Regardless management doesn’t care.

Hubby and I shared the 2 cheeseburger meal. It was just ok. We wanted to try Mickie D’s because it had been a long time since we’ve eaten there. The fries weren’t as good I remembered either. It will probably be a long time before we eat here again. I will definitely eat a big Mac. I know I like those!

You know ow what you are gonna get here. It’s not gonna be a 5 star meal and you hope they get the order correct and the fries are hot and fresh. Staff has been friendly and orders have been mostly correct.
