This is the third time we’ve came to this McDonald’s and they’ve given us burnt cookies AND didn’t put any extra requests we paid for in our food. It’s really not hard to have to quality control, coming from someone who’s worked in fast food for god knows how long. Do better.

This is a horrible McDonald’s managed by at least one very nasty middle aged little Latino woman with too much attitude. I was promised a sausage biscuit after they messed up a previous order days prior. That manager did not do as they said they would do and put my name in their iPad. This mean spirited manager tried to tell me that I ordered wrong the first time, when she wasn’t even there. Then she wasn’t gonna give me the biscuit. Then after telling me to not have attitude & made me park while she made the sausage biscuit. Like I run around attempting to take McDonald’s for free sausage biscuits. I had the freaking receipt with me. Never again. Bye bye!

The workers are very rude they served me chicken that was obviously very old and when I call to see what I can do about it they say they can fix it or refund me the next day. The next day comes and they are all being so rude telling me how they’ll help me “this time” as if it wasn’t their error . Just rude all the way around and even when I was trying to explain the situation they kept cutting me off and asking me all these questions. No one’s scamming a 10$ meal yall should just do your job right the first time ! Old chicken shouldn’t be on the line .

Very slooooowww service. They are good at ignoring indoor customers even when they are not very busy.
It’s very clean. The food is typically good, I order coffee mostly – had a few bad days but it’s improving, now to eliminate all the coffee grounds that keep ending up at the bottom of my cup.
Very stingy with napkins, I have allergies. They don’t have any of the basics out like sugar, salt & pepper, creamers, and basic NAPKINS. Now that’s just ridiculous. Sass tinged with a lack of respect mgr.

Usually frequent this mcdonalds since its close to home, however the last few times have been disappointing. Tonight we got home to find our quarter pounder raw. Curious how this happens since all the food is timed to cook, however will probably not be coming back anytime soon.

I oredered breakfast at 10am and they didnt make it. Then the driver shows up at 1045 and they refused to make it because it was passed 1030. I ORDERED AT 10. WHY WASNT MY FOOD MADE? Most recent visit they forgot my hash browns & when I went back for them, hash browns were dripping in grease ! When I pulled it out of the bag a ton of grease went on my sleeve. Never coming back here, disgusting. Lady working the window was rude and rolled her eyes when I said then forgot the hash browns. And this is coming from a person who very rare gives bad reviews. On the plus side the cashier was nice.

The service was horrible and the Hispanic lady, who claimed be the manager, was aggressive and unwilling to simply add two sausage muffins to the order when she had made the mistake. It was a simple fix that I was more than willing to pay for but her attitude and treatment were not alright.

Paid to get a large fry and drink with my meal, they gave me 9 nuggets and filled my fries halfway. Paid way too much for McDonalds and it wasn’t even worth it.
