I appreciate the staff that work so hard here, especially during a rush. I can’t say much, but I don’t think quality of service is the fully a staff problem, if it was up to me, I’d make this building more suitable for the works to be successful with the amount of rush and orders they get here. All improvements I feel can be made through an upgrade in the organization and building.

It’s all about the drive thru time, couldn’t care less if you get what you ordered or whether it should have been thrown out 15 minutes ago. Last 3 times I’ve came here the burger was lukewarm and burned (great combo). And today, on my plain double cheeseburger with the sticky note on the outside saying “plain,” it had onions… How do you mess up something that requires nothing other than the bun, meat, and cheese? No place to refund on the app and upon speaking with Richard, he said to take it up with the app. Didn’t ask what the issue was, or apologize. Obviously a case of not wanting to deal with it because anyone who has worked in any sort of restaurant would know it takes very little time to find the closed ticket. After finding it, you reopen it and refund. It’s like this location and the BK in Sparta are competing for who can do it worse. Certainly, will be my last time eating here.

Came into the store today In ordered some food And the manager That is pregnant Is an absolute Nightmare To be serve by. This is the second time in 2 days that I have had the displeasure of Being Served by this manager. It is not my fault that you are uncomfortable at work and that you feel the need to take it out on your customers. If life is so bad then maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service. This is my hometown McDonald’s and as of late the service is absolutely Tanked. It’s not the average employee it’s the manager that’s pregnant that is causing all the customer service issues. If I could give less than one star I would because it deserves less than one star. Being a customer service you can do better than this

Lately the food hasnot tasted good. But especially today I ordered oatmeal and after stirring it up I found there was some raw uncooked oatmeal mixed in. I also ordered a sausage mcmuffin no egg. The sausage was horrible and did not taste right and the cheese seemed to stretch a bit as I bit into it, like biting into rubber. I’ve had other foods from McDonald’s that have made my stomach sick and could not keep down. Never going there again.

Woman at the speaker never asked if we had a code to use and ended the connection before we could tell her and when we got to the cashier window and told her we had a code the woman rolled her eyes and a two super annoyed and inconvenienced that she had to put one in for our order. It’s really not a big deal lady.

I want to give a special shout out to an amazing Manager. This morning at 10:40am (after breakfast was done) I rushed in to get some breakfast for my Grandfather that is on hospice. We were coming to visit him at home and get him food that he could eat. Thanks to an amazing person, she made him hotcakes, bacon, hash brown and threw in a apple pie. He was so happy he could eat a meal with us this morning. Thank you again for everything. Your truly one of a kind.

Friday of this week I went to pick up some food. Decided to get a box of cookies for my family since 13 cookies for about 5 bucks caught my eye and it was Friday night. As I’m waiting in line, the kid packaging the cookies straight up looks at his own manager and states that,” yo, we are lying about those cookies being fresh, they’re more like a day or two old cookies. But if he wants em go for it, they’re old.” His manager corrects him saying with a tone, “they’re fresh.” I’m literally 15 feet away from this conversation and he’s talking very loud. The fact that you guys are selling one to two day old cookies while stating they are,”fresh”. Is complete BS. The cookies were old enough for the worker to literally be telling the manager that it’s crap that they’re selling those in fresh cookies, all while the manager trying to correct him as he’s talking that they’re fresh. So now that I know the manager is completely lying… not only am I very frustrated that those cookies are two days old being sold as fresh cookies, but the fact that the employee was the one having to say it real loud about how old they were so that I would hear it intentionally it’s just sad. Not to mention he looked right in my eyes at one point while saying it. For him to be complaining out loud about how old those cookies are. It’s not only concerning, but kind of disgusting. Not sure if I’ll come back. The fact that they just continued to sell it to me regardless and then lie saying that they were very fresh. I honestly just appreciate the fact that they were old enough for him to warn me. I am very far from happy with my experiences at this place. Not to mention I ended up getting my food in the fries were super cold. Nothing like wasting $14 for 2 day old cookies and a crappy box of fries.
